The blood froze in my veins as I halted in my steps almost immediately. My breath hitched in my throat. I sneaked a glance at my friends. They were just as rigid. None of us wanted to make a wrong move.

I was just about to ask-whisper the Jungkook lookalike what exactly was here when the leaves rustled above us. A gentle breeze tousled my auburn waves. Normally, I would have smoothed out my hair in annoyance. But my arms didn't budge this time.

"Don't move," Jungkook lookalike whispered to the four of us. I felt like I was going to piss in my pants. My clenched fists were trembling slightly. As badass as I would want to be in a book, I had to admit I wasn't the bravest.

Another 40 seconds passed by in absolute silence. I knew because I counted.

God, the tension was killing me!

I was looking around, my guard up as if a dinosaur would emerge from any of those trees. As if. I could have snorted at my own imagination if not for the severity of the situation.

2 minutes, then 3 minutes passed. Surely it wouldn't take so long for a dinosaur to appear. I was starting to grow restless.

My head snapped to Jungkook lookalike when I heard sounds strangely resembling a laugh. Sure enough, his shoulders were trembling uncontrollably.

"I can't believe you fell for that!" he exclaimed, turning back to face us. He doubled over in laughter, barely able to keep the peals of laughter in. Tears escaped from the edge of his eyes. The only problem was that he looked like he was going to die laughing. Is it wrong for me to hope he did? It would look pretty on his death certificate though.

My eyes widened at the realisation that he was trolling us all along. Well, he sure wouldn't be getting away with that.

As quiet as I could be, I put a finger to my lips, indicating for friends to be quiet. They, too, realised that they were being trolled. They nodded back at me after noticing the mischievous glint in my eyes, but not after eyeing me.

"Hey! There's a naemocauraus over there!" I shouted, making up a random dinosaur name since I couldn't remember any except for T-rex.

He immediately stopped laughing and stood up straight. "Where?" He fell for the trick just as I hoped he would.

"Over there," I pointed to behind one of the taller trees standing around us.

"Where?" He proceeded to tiptoe and peer into the distance, frustration seeping into his voice.

"There! You should be able to see by the mud," He followed by instructions and moved closer to the mud. He was getting there! I smirked. So much for trolling us, huh? By now, he was on the edge of the mud.

Still on his tippy toes, I pushed him so he stumbled into that very pool of mud.

I bite my lips, struggling to keep the smile threatening to break through. Unfortunately, I lost and chuckled very ungracefully along with my friends. A wide grin remained on my face.

Jungkook lookalike was now filled from head to toe in mud. His already brown hair was a darker shade darker now. "What the-" He started before trying to shrug the mud off himself.

Too bad, I snickered. Jiwoo and Yeon Young hi-fived me for my good work while we all stepped back, watching him try his best getting the sticky mud off. I haven't been in mud before, but no doubt it'll be very very uncomfortable.

"This will teach you not to make fun of us!" Jiwoo shouted from where we were standing, a good distance away from him. Jungkook lookalike glared at her and stalked towards the four of us.

The glint in his eyes mirrored mine and I had a feeling that it wasn't going to be good. The four of us stood still at where we were, not putting down our pride to run away.

When he reached where we were standing, he started shaking his whole body tremendously. "Hey hey! Are you having a seizure?" Chae Yeon asked with concern. It was real concern, mind you. I snorted again. Chae Yeon couldn't have been more innocent.

The mud that was still sticking to his clothes and hair flung out in our direction due to the shaking. I looked down at my white tank top which had some mud on it already. Oh God. I couldn't let mud stain it, or else god knows what my mother would say. Yeon Young's shirt was stained too. I stifled a giggle. Yeon Young hated it when her shirt was dirty. She was the one in the group with a slight OCD.

Well, this Jungkook lookalike has toyed with the wrong person. I bit my lip, keeping my laughter from escaping, and sat back to watch the show.

Yeon Young stalked toward the guy, who was actually towering over her. He took a few steps back, intimidated by Yeon Young. A mix of confusion and bewilderment flashed across his face, but he quickly composed himself again.

Yeon Young walked past him, grabbed a handful of mad and threw it right in his face. His eyes widened but didn't move. I couldn't help it by now. Muffled laughter escaped, then unrestrained laughter. Some mud had gotten into his shirt and down his back. I was laughing so hard that at this rate, I think I'm going to laugh my abs out.

It might not seem really funny in words but the astounded and awed look in Jungkook's lookalike's eyes really made my day.

"YAH!" he finally reacted, expression still shocked at what had just happened. "You shouldn't have gotten my clothes muddy and stained then," Yeon Young retorted just as strongly, pushing the golden rims of her black glasses, only to resume her staring battle with him. I had to slap a hand on my own mouth and Jiwoo's mouth.

"Hey, I just thought of this joke: Why did it take the pig hours to cross the road?" A bubbly unfamiliar voice piped up. All five of our heads swivelled towards the direction where the voice had come from.

In my line of sight, I spotted a guy with really wide shoulders, walking along with a taller guy. I stared along with others, feeling more bewildered by the second, for the sole reason that these two guys looked similar to Namjoon and Jin. I was starting to doubt this was the bangtan that were supposedly missing. But then again, they weren't exactly the same.

The big shoulder guy's facial expression changed when he took in the scene in front of him.

"Hyu..hyung.." the Jung kook lookalike stuttered behind me.

"What have you done?" the taller guy questioned.

"I found them by the river stream and- " The said man started apprehensively but was cut off by the broad shoulder guy whose neck was slowly turning red.

"I'll talk to you when we get back,"

He then turned to us, half smiling and half grimacing. "Hi ladies, it's going to rain soon so I assume you'd want a shelter over your head? We can lead you to our cave if you don't mind. " I gazed up at the sky. Dark clouds were forming at an alarming rate and I was sure my friends Yeon Young wouldn't want to get wet any more than I did.

Johyun stepped forward instinctively. She was the most mature one, so it was right that she became our unofficial 'leader'. "Sure, it's fine for us if you're fine with it." The guy nodded and went ahead, with us trailing right behind.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, was the start of a crazy journey.

A/N: Short chapter but hope it was sweet. Still boring now but I'm expecting things to become better once we hit chapter 5+? Maybe.

P.S. anyone who can give me the answer to the pun above?
