Meegeemee here with another theory. Why didn't Ceylan leave? Well in the Power of Four episode, Boreas said that in order to Robofuse, the four needed to become as one.

IT WAS APRIL FOOLS DAY!! Since Mr Jones was talking about moving away , it could be a minor joke his son took seriously or it was a coincidence!
If Ceylan ever left, it would be heartbreaking for all Ceylan fan girls to see their dream guy leave . Whelp that would happen to me too.
Luckily, according to Ceylan , the minor 'joke' was a false alarm. Actually I was heartbroken when they were going to move. But who knew Ceylan came back!
