The taste was sweet not like when I tasted it when I was kid biting my lip, it was sweet like candy and like candy I wanted more.

"Grayson can I have a glass of water?" Scarlett asked and I nodded, I went down stairs getting a glass of water and I came back upstairs.

Scarlett sat on the bed, blood around her mouth and empty blood bags around Scarlett.

"C-Can I have more?" She asked sucking the blood out of the last bag while I stood there in shock she stood up.

She got up, "I want to find my family" She said while her voice croaked with sadness.

"Right through here Mr.Dolan" the man said as I tightened my grip on Scarlett's arm.

We went through the door, three dead bodies on the ground a female and two males.

Scarlett fell to the ground crying, "I thought you said they were alive!" I shouted pushing the man against the wall, he gulped "I-I thought you wanted to drain them" he said I had pity for him but not enough.

I snapped his neck and I turned around to see Scarlett putting her wrist to the woman's mouth.

"Scarlett" I said softly, "She has to wake up, please Grayson please" she said and her eyes were blood shit all filled with tears.

I placed her down on the bed, she needed time to herself, she looked beautiful.

Scarlett

"Turn it off"

"Turn it off"

I opened my eyes see Ethan, "All that pain your feeling you can turn it off" he whispered.

"What?" I asked not knowing what he was talking about,

"Close your eyes turn it off, you won't feel sad you'll feel happy, don't worry" he said holding my hand.

"Just turn it off"

"Turn off your humanity"
