It was a Tuesday afternoon Chloe(wife( was on a business trip and Louis was heading to pick up his 4 year old daughter Saidee from preschool. When got there he noticed his daughter was paler than usual. He rushed to her and asked " Sweetie what's wrong?". She answered with her 4 year old voice," dawddie I don't feel good". With that he picked his daughter up and head to the car. While Louis was walking to the car with his daughter in his arms he could tell she wasn't feeling good the heat radiated off of her. She definitely had a fever. He quickly put her in her car seat and headed home as fast as he could without breaking the speed limit. Louis was halfway home when he heard a little sneeze come from the back. Then another and another. With every sneeze he daughter sneezed he got more nervous. Saidee really never got sick. and what made this worse was Chloe wasn't home to help Louis. After that sneezy car ride they finally got home. He picked up Saidee from her car seat and ran inside the house. Louis quickly sat her down on the couch and covered her with a blanket. Louis then headed upstairs to get the thermometer and a wet rag. When he returned he quickly stuck the thermometer in her mouth and called Chloe.
PHONE CONERVERSATION
L: hey babe !?!? I hope your enjoying your business trip.
C: It's fine! Are you ok? Is everything ok? How's Saidee?
L: Everything's fine....... It's just Saidee is sick I think and I don't know what to do should I call the doctor? should I call liam? should I.......
C: Okay honey! It will be fine. Don't stress yourself out. But if you think she is REALLY sick then Saidee's doctor phone number is by the house phone in the kitchen. Now sorry Lou but I have to go to my next meeting. Call me if you don't know what to do.
BEEP went the thermometer.....
L: CHLOE HER TEMPERATURE IS 100.2!!!!!!! Should I take her to the hostpital?
C: Louis that's not that bad just give her some cold medicine in the bathroom medicine cabinet. And call the doctor. Set up an appointment for tomorrow. And make sure you cuddle with her tonight. She really like that. Now bye lovexx
L: ok love ya
END OF CONVERSATION
So he did as Chloe suggested he called the doctor and made an appointment for tomorrow at 12 am. He then walked in the living room to find that Saidee had fallen asleep on the couch. He picked her up and took her up stairs and set her down in her bed and tucked her in. As soon as he left he heard a Saidee little voice calling his name. "DAWADEE!!" He walked in her room with calmly to make sure she was ok.
Conversation with Louis and saidee:
L: yes honey what's wrong?
S: im scared.... Can I sleep with you?
His daughter's crystal blue eyes were to irresistible to say no. So he picked her up and took her in to His room where they both fell asleep.
NEXT MORNING:
Louis woke up with a stuffy nose but thought nothing of it. All he focused on was getting Saidee better. With that thought he remember that the doctor was coming by to check on her at 12. And it was already 10. So Louis quickly got Saidee up and dressed. And he set her downstairs with her favorite cartoon on while he took a shower. He got in the shower hoping that would relieve his stuffy nose but it didn't . His nose was actually stuffier than when he got him the shower. It was almost time for the doctor to come by the house so he quickly threw on some sweats and a hoodie. He was a bit cold after that shower. After he had finished getting dressed, he heard the door bell ring. It was the doctor. He checked up on Saidee. He told her to open her mouth so he could check if her tonsils were swollen. When he did Louis went into a huge sneezing fit. The doctor looked at Louis peculiarly. Then he continued with the exam. He then took Louis to the other room to talk with him.
DOCTOR CONVERSATION
Dr: So it looks like a little cold. She should take some Tylenol to reduce her fever. She will be fine in to days. Now you Mister Tomlinson, you have a developing cold. So make sure you take care of it. If not it could turn into the flu.
L: I'm not'd siii-hetchoo hetcik heeeeTCHHOOO- ck.
Dr: ok sure your not. just take it easy.
And with that the doctor left. And Louis went upstairs to get Saidee her medicine. When he did he got very exhausted and dizzy. He laid on the bed and fell asleep. After a couple hours he felt a hand on his head, It was Chloe. She had just gotten back from her business trip early. "Sorry that I woke you up. But I got worried that you and Saidee. And I guess it's good I did come home when I did. Lou it looks like you and Saidee are both sick." And on that note Chloe then carried Saidee up to their bed. Where Chloe took care of her and Louis for a long agonizing week.
