"The stars are burning so bright." Her face is facing upward toward the vast sky, the stars reflecting in her blue eyes. I glance up, the sky is full of bright yellows and golds, with nothing to conceal their beauty the stars dance in the sky.

"Beautiful, isn't it?" She ask her voice dreamlike.

"Extraordinarily beautiful." I remark more to her than the stars. She is absolutely stunning, not only in her looks, which she has plenty of, but in the depths of her vast and wonderful mind. She's been my best friend since we were little and I've been in love with her since the beginning.

I move closer to her and take her dangling hand, either she doesn't notice or she just doesn't care, because she doesn't pull away. She moves closer to me and closes the gap between us.

"Have you ever wandered what it would be like to be a star?" She asks intriged by the world above her.

"Not really. What do you think it would be like Allie?"

She takes a moment to her self before answering, "It would be amazing to burn so bright. Just lighting up the night with no one to judge you or make fun of you. To be one of the  most beautiful things in the galaxy. Don't you think so, Leon?" I turn so that we are facing one another.

"They are very beautiful, but there is one thing in this world who's beauty marvels that of the stars." She looks up at me and her chestnut brown hair falls down her back she cocks her head sideways, and locks gazes with me. She is so magnificent I can't hold myself back anymore, I bend down and kiss her, she kisses me back and it's as if time was standing still and all of creation was silent.

"Thank you," she whispers, when we break away, "I need to tell you something. Something I should have told you a long time ago." Her voice sounds so sad, I slump forward dreading defeat.

"What is it?" I squeak out, holding back tears.

"I'm in love with you, and have been for awhile. And that's why I brought you here to my secrete place, because I couldn'tgo another day without telling you how I really feel."

I stare down at her in awe, it's as if all of the world revolved around her and those beautiful eyes.

"Do you love me back, Leon?"

"More than you could ever know, and for a very long time."

"Why didn't you ever tell me?"

"Because you're spectacularly beautiful and smart, I never thought you would ever feel the same way about someone as pathetic as me." I truthfully say. She pulls me to her and kisses me again, forcefully and I hungrily kiss her back divulging into my want for her.
