Unfortunately Bianca McKay was found dead when Charlotte and Chris Joseph returned from their holiday to collect their daughter. Mrs McKay was found in her kitchen with a knife through her heart, several stabs around the area. After a long search, the Joseph's found their daughter and Joe McKay in a shed, not too far from the house.
Authority claimed Bianca McKay had killed both Anya Joseph and Joe McKay, then shortly after killed herself.
An old lady's hand vigorously shook as she lifted her hand to close the book.
"That's the end, my dear," Her eyes flicked from the book to the young girl seated on the bed next to her.
The girl smoothed down her ginger hair, her insides shaking. "And all this is really true?" She quivered.
"Yes," the old lady nodded. A few of her grey hair escaped the bun it was in. "You know, Charlotte and Chris went missing while they were searching. Everyone assumed they died. The police and scientists were too afraid to enter the house themselves," the lady spoke from memory.
"What happen to them?" Victoria leaned towards the old lady, even more interested than before. When her school sent her to an old people's home for a week, anger erupted through her veins. Now, the thought that the week is almost over upsets her every time. She had become very attached to this particular lady.
"Chris had died in a similar way to Joe. Charlotte and Chris were in the kitchen when Charlotte turned around after she found a newspaper to show her husband but found him on the floor surrounded by a pool of blood." The old day shuddered.
"Why did they all die? Was it that ghost boy?" Victoria dared herself to ask.
"Yes, it was. All he wanted was a mother to look after him because he lived in that house with his mother until she was killed. Then there was no one to look after him and he died of starvation. Charlotte nursed this boy for almost forty years and only a few years ago did the boy fade away since his desire was fulfilled. Few months after the disappearance of the boy, the house was turned into this home," she explained, straining her mind to think.
"As in this place? The old people's home?" Victoria questioned. "How do you know all this?"
"Because I'm Charlotte Joseph."
