Veronica's POV

I entered the Coffee Shop, I remember that this place was the second time me and Cam saw each other. That was a good time. Anyways, I looked for an empty table and there was right beside the big open window.

Cam entered the coffee shop and looked for me. He walked towards our table and said "Hey V, have you ordered yet?"

"I haven't" I shrugged. He sat down and sighed.

"Why?" He looked at me strangely.

"I was waiting for you, dummy" I teased. Honestly, that nickname fits him ;)

"D-Dummy? Am I that dumb for you?" He chuckled.

"*laughs* Just order already" I said smirking.

Cam called on one of the waiters. The waiter arrived and started to get our orders.

"Mister Cameron, is this your rumored girlfriend?" The waiter asked.

"G-Girlfriend? Rumored? What is he talking about?"

WHAT? CAMERON'S RUMORED GIRLFRIEND?! OKAAAAAY

First of all, I would NEVER be in a relationship right now. Second of all, I like Cameron only as a FRIEND. Yeah that's right, you heard me ;)

Yeah Sure I'm blushing a lot when Cameron teases me but that doesn't mean I like him romantically. AND BESIDES he probably doesn't like me that way either.

This waiter sure knows gossip *sighs*

"U-Uh Mister.. She's just my good friend. And those rumors about my 'girlfriend' are not true. I'm single Mister" Cameron exclaimed.

"Ohh so sorry about that Mister Cameron, I wasn't aware of that information" The waiter apologized. The thing is, that waiter doesn't only know gossip, he has this weird annoying accent, and I don't like it. NO OFFENSE to the waiter.

"It's no big deal *chuckles* oh and uh.. if she was my girlfriend, I'll be the luckiest guy here" Cameron teased.

"No he won't. As if I'm ever gonna fall for you" I glared at him as if there was no tomorrow.

"Playing hard to get is it Miss Merrell?" An unfamiliar voice interrupted our conversation.

"You know what? I'm outta here" I stood up and walked towards the door.

As soon as I reached the door, Cameron grabbed my hand.

"Look, don't leave. I'm sorry" He said.

Honestly, I was angry. I didn't want to talk to Cameron. If I stay here longer, I will lose my temper. All of them were just telling horrible things.

"I'm sorry too Cameron". I apologized

I exited the Coffee Shop and went right home. I honestly don't want to talk to him right now.

Cameron's POV

Why did she leave? Was it something I said? Just Great, now she's mad at me.

About the thing she said, The As if I'm ever gonna fall for you, did she really mean it or was it just a joke?

I'm gonna go talk to her personally. I grabbed my phone and I wanted to call and let her know that I'm visiting her.

The phone was ringing but a hand took my phone. I turned around and it was my mom. My mom was here? What's she doing?

"Mom? What are you doing?" I asked her politely.
