(Y/N) POV-

~Dream~

"Mommy!" I screamed out for her, desperately trying to somehow slip away from his tight, harsh grip. The man- no, beast- I... knew he wasn't human. They way his eyes lit up as a bright red color instead of a normal hue. Monster. The way he grinned maliciously at me, his fangs protruding from his lips as if to terrify me, yet I continued to pull away from him, crying and screaming while hope seemed to get thinner and thinner. I didn't know what was worse-- the fact that he could rip me to shreds at any given moment or how his eyes could pierce right through my soul without much effort. It sends a chill up my spine as he continues dragging me away, trudging through the snow as if my opposition was nothing.

In the darkness where white specks of snow whirled around through the air violently was a woman. Despite the blood and rage, she was a beautiful sight to behold. She was graceful yet sharp with each of her attacks. Clearly she's outnumbered, but her will doesn't falter, so she continues killing them. One by one, they all try to reach her, hoping to even leave a slight cut or graze on her, but all of them turned to dust before they could even blink.

Though it's obvious that she couldn't keep fighting forever, but she couldn't allow him to take her precious daughter away. It had already happened once, and she couldn't bare the thought of it happening for a second time. She could only look to her lover for support. He had beautiful face as well, returning her gaze with something close to mournful. They both knew they would lose. There were too many, and that man... He was too much to handle. They've accepted the end, yet for some reason, they keep fighting even when all hope is lost. Even through all the chaos and fear, I can see a boy who couldn't have been any older than me.

"(Y/N)!" He calls out to me, beyond the point of rage.

The young boy, however, was not what he appeared to be. His glistening reddish brown eyes somehow almost unnaturally calmed me down slightly as my heart skipped a beat. He reaches out to me, and our hands nearly touch. So close. The Level-E Vampire jerks me back into his chest as another Level-E reaches for the boy. Though his actions are short lived because once the boy sets his gaze on the filthy creature, his whole body turned to dust in an instant.

The boy turns his attention to us again, and this time, the vampire's expression darkens before he smirks. He let another vampire grab me, but there was something different about this one. I tried jerking back again, but the man began to squeeze my hand, nearly crushing it as I cried out in pain, falling to my knees as I pleaded for him to stop. The man merely smiled eerily as the Level-E darted straight for the brunette, baring his fangs as saliva dripped down his chin before the boy completely obliterated him.

He was determined to save me, but not even that would be enough. . . The man who now held me in his strong arms had no trouble from me. My protest seemed to be of no inconvenience to him, and soon my efforts came to a slow stop as I looked at the boy with pleading (E/C) eyes. Huge gusts of sharp, razor-like winds sliced all around as I closed my eyes, trying to shield myself from them; however, to my surprise, both of them were left unharmed. It was as though the boy had purposefully missed, and it sent any hope I had down the drain. I shivered, feeling hot tears stream down my cheeks as I desperately tried to wipe them away.
