Chapter 1

DISCLAIMER: All is based upon a dream I have been having the past few days. Hope you enjoy the book series.

I was wandering around in a place I didn't know. Where am I? What is this world? I was asking myself. This was a new place, and normally a demon wouldn't be able to travel to this world without a contract.

Well, I am new at this, so I guess I was able to get away from those people. I began to get a little hungry so I had seen a place with some bread and went over taking a thing of bread. When the man at the store saw me.

I ran and got away from the man who chased me. I ended up on top of a roof. It was dark out, and the moon was full. I snacked on the bread as I began to think of what to do. Those other people are still searching for me. But I can't go back.

I just can't go back to that horrid place. I am only 19, but still, the past can hurt deeply and leave scars that can never heal.

Daybreak came as I had, had a rough night in this place. As I had walked the streets once more. I soon ended up walking on the road, not paying any kind of attention to my surroundings when, I heard a screeching of some sort.

I turned around and my eyes had widened, there was a carriage trying to halt to a stop. I was frozen when I shut my eyes ready for an impact.

I re-opened them only to find I was unharmed. I felt someone holding me close. I looked up to meet eyes with a tall man. He had red eyes, same as mine, and slick black hair. "Sebastian, what are you do-" said a boy who had walked up to us. 

"Sorry, my lord, but she was in danger" replied the one called Sebastian. The boy had an eyepatch, over his right eye, and he seemed to be dressed like a noble. I don't know who they are, but I didn't want to cause them trouble.

"Who?" said the boy "He- where did she go?" asked Sebastian. "Come on, we got work to do. The queen says there is a trouble maker in this town" said the boy.
