"Ms.Dupain-Cheng the doctor would like to see you."
We walked in holding hands and saw our-to-be family doctor.
"Hello doctor we would like to check on our baby."

We followed her into a dark room with a little technology in it and a bed.
She lay there on the hospital bed and the doctor applied some clear gel. I saw her flinch a little.
"Are you okay?"
"Ya ,just cold."
I nodded as the doctor put a round scan on her stomach.
"Ohhhhh there is your baby!!!"
I looked at rhe tiny monitor and saw a small white figure that out shined the black ob the screen.
"Would you like to know the gender of your baby? "
We both synced yes to her and then blushed.
"It's a ... BABY GIRL!!!!"
All I could hear was Marinette break down loudly and tears streaming at the edge of her face.
"I'm sorry ... I can't hold ... in ... the joy ... I think it's baby hormones."
"Don't worry ma'am every mother has that feeling."
The doctor was at the edge of her seat and gave Mari a huge hug and I followed.
"I will go and print picture's for you two to keep."
"Thank you Ms.Cesaire."
As I looked at her name tag.
"You can call me Alya."
And she left.
I held on to Marinette's hand.
"I cant believe I'm going to be a father to a healthy beautiful girl."
"I know hey Adrian."
We came out of the hospital and felt someone staring at us I turned to see a huge figure walk past us.
"Bye Mari see you tomorrow."
