We were all standing outside school with Tyler and Austin going on and on about football and this and that and it was really getting on my nerves.

I was already stressed out enough about cheerleading and the new arrivals and such and their annoying banter was not helping. I was just thankful that Alex was there, holding me or else I would have let my irritation get the best of me and that would not have ended well.

Suddenly the chatter and laughter across the grounds ceased abruptly as everyone stared at the fancy looking car that had just rolled in.

A guy with brown hair got out from the front and it was pretty obvious that he was a beta ,from the power radiating off him and the tough guy look on his face.

He waited at the hood of the car and then linked arms with the brunette that had just got out of the car. She seemed rather excited and kept glancing around nervously.

The two walked past us and the beta  and the girl gave Alex a slight bow, acknowledging his power and position, he was the soon to be alpha king after all.

Just as they were about to walk in through the doors they were stopped by a guy who I recognized as the beta of the Mystical pack,' with a rather scary growl but of course it was nothing compared to what Alex could do.
The beta returned the growl with one of his own . This soon morphed into an intense staring match and was stopped only when the Alpha stepped in.

The alpha??? Oh! He was the new alpha and I must add that he looked rather hot. What with the little feud going on I hadn't even noticed his entry.
The beta of the Mystical pack gave the alpha and beta one last glare and stalked off.

The Alpha whose name I still did not know tuned around and gave Alex a little nod, obviously showing his respect.

Just then I heard an 'omg' and a girl wearing the shortest clothes with tones of make up on her face walked in winking at almost every boy.Though I did wear make up and short clothes too, I looked fabulous, literally anyone could just single me out as the queen bee, but that girl , well she just looked like a desperate slut.

She glanced at Alex in awe and gave him a rather flirtatious smile and walked off, swinging her hips.

I just rolled my eyes, I'd have to give that a girl a good talking to and make her stay away from what was mine.

Somehow mystically the beta of the Mystical pack(see what I did there..huh) and had turned up again seemingly to ambush the new arrivals. He growled at her and she immediately ran in and I gave a snort of laughter, glad that she had been embarrassed.

Everyone's heads turned to the entrance again as the screech of tyres was heard and an expensive looking car was parked.

The car door was flung open an extremely beautiful girl got out. I was immediately insanely jealous as I stared at her. Though she was wearing sunglasses it was clear that she was very pretty with her blonde hair, perfectly structured and angled face and her fit, hourglass figure.

I was really annoyed as I had always been considered to be the most beautiful and hottest,but now this girl was just ruining things for me.

As she strode across the ground she was stopped by the gamma of one of the top 6 packs who was trying to hit on her.
She leaned in and whispered something in his ears seductively . Well great there's one more slut. Note the sarcasm.
She walked away from him looking rather smug and as he turned around I could see tears in his eyes and he immediately ran off sobbing like a child.
The girl took off her sunglasses and I was astonished to see her piercing violet eyes. She smirked as thunder crackled across the sky and walked past us not sparing us a single glance and didn't acknowledge Alex either.

And right then, I was seething, mad at this girl who had  captured everyone's interest.
