I saw the scene right in front my eyes as it keeps slow motioning. I can not really believe that the girl lying lifelessly is my one and only lovely sister.

I barely feel alive before someone voice snap me

Jungkook's pov

After I'd that first date with SooA, I feel a bit better. Just a bit.
But then haneul's smile face and voice keeps coming back, haunting my mind all day

(Y/N : SooA, the girl jungkook gone out in previous chapter)

"but, Jungkook ah, you never seems to focus on me" her voice made me snap back to reality. And right, today is our second date

she grab my wrist then look at me straightly

"what?"

Min SooA's pov

"Why did you ask me out in the first place?"

He's different. He's not like the Jeon Jungkook I've ever known 4 years ago.

I feel like my cheeks burning all of a sudden.
get yourself up, SooA. he's just playing around with you.

Just then, his phone ring

He answered his call, then seems to be surprised by something.

"ya, I've to go now"

Without waiting for my answer, he walk pass me as I quickly grab his wrist.

"ya, you can't just leave me like that. I'm a girl, duh" I hold his wrist stronger.

he eyed me with a really strange look, but then he gave me this terrifying smile,

"hey, can I ask you a question?"

My heart skipped a beat.

"o-of course, what is it?"

he walk closer, seeing his glaring cold eyes ready to freeze me

"if i'm a murderer, do you still want me?"

What the hell, jeon jungkook. What happen to you?!

"and I'm serious"

"ya! stop joking! it is not a thriller movie, okay?"

"you scared, aren't you? so you better go away before something bad really happen to you too"

I lost my word. Then saw his back going further away. To be honest, I've been holding my breath.

Haejin's pov

"noona"

I slowly turn around, as I see the world became all blurry.

"Lee Haejin!"

Jungkook?

With half of my sense, I ran to him then grab his arm roughly. I burst into anger.

"It's your fault..! I told you to protect h-her" I fall to my knees as I cry my heart out harder.

This is my first time going so mad at him and I don't even care rn.

"H-haneul is fine. She's not in cardiac anymore" Jungkook slightly grab my hand, then I feel the cold on his hand creeping to my body
