The Meeting

Oh Shit! Ohshitohshitohshitohshit! I'm so late! Nice going (Y/N)! First day at your dream job and you are late! Just perfect!

Years and years of college you finally got yourself your dream job in the best pet hospital in Korea!

You studied day and night to learn this language so you can work in you favourite country alongside you best friend but what do you do? Get late on your freaking first day!

I shook my head and took a deep breath calming myself and checked if I got everything.

Glasses: check
Handbag : check
Purse: check
Phone: check
Laptop: check
Stethoscope: check
Shoes...... Not check

After putting on my new black heels, I rechecked once more and looked if I look presentable and ran out of my apartment. Hoping to god that the bus has not left!

As I was running (well more like walking fast because running+heels+me = disaster) towards the bus station, being the extremely clumsy klutz I am, I tripped and knocked into the person in front of me sending his phone flying.

Just great. Just what I needed.

I quickly picked up the stranger's phone, that at closer inspection had a huge crack on it's screen.

"Mianhae mianhae mianhae! I was in rush!" I said while standing up and handing the phone to the stranger.

As I looked up ( you had to look quite a lot up due to the fact that the said stranger was extremely tall. 6ft the least! Which to me who was 5'4 was pretty tall) I came eye to eye with the most handsome (yet startled at the moment) face I have ever seen!

Chiseled face with a jawline that could cut glass, chocolate brown eyes that I could drown in and black hair that flopped into his face covering his forehead and almost covering his eyes!

'Woah!' I thought to myself. 'Wait have I seen him somewhere?' Before I could ponder on this fact I saw the bus appearing at the end of the street. Oh shoot!

"Hey I'm kinda late but..." I reached into my bag, pulled out my purse and without even looking took out as many won bills as I can shoved into his hand and gave him my buisness card.

"Here's all I can give at the moment if that's not not enough please give me a call, I'll pay you back!" then I turned around and jumped into the bus that was just about to leave.

'Thank God, I made it' I swiped my card and sat down at the closest seat to the door.

Taking a deep breath I calmed myself.

Now I had enough time to get excited about the fact that it's my first day as a professional vet!!!!

As I were thinking about this with the goofy smile pasted in my face a pair of brown eyes flashed through my train of thought.

'Let's deal with that later' and continued being excited all the way to the pet hospital in the heart of Seoul.

(Kai's POV)
After the initial shock of being crashed upon I looked at the buisness card and the hand full of won in my hand.

That girl was in such a rush I didn't even have time to tell her that the scratch was already there and nothing happened to the phone because of her.

She gave almost all of her money! As I stared at the won I slowly grinned. It feels good to be treated like a normal person.

'If only she knew who I was....' Chuckling to myself I put my mask back on and lifted my hood. I did not feel like getting attacked my any EXO-Ls today. I loved them all dearly but sometimes I need a breather.

I once again looked at the buisness card. '(Y/N).....Hmm nice name.... A vet.... at Chungwa Animal Hospital in Seoul...maybe I should take Monggu to her sometime' I then stuffed the won bills and buisness card into my wallet.

I'll call her at night. Hopefully by then she'll have finished the work that she was late for.

I then started walking back home.

Hi everyone! This is my first fanfiction ever! Please tell me what you all think? And if I can improve this in any way...... And please don't ask for sad endings (I prefer happy endings reality gives you enough sad endings why read about them too?) or smut (no ideas how to write those😅😂) I don't write those.😅 If you don't like it you don't have to read it!😋 I'm really sorry that this chapter is short I'll make the next one longer!
I'll publish the next chapter as soon as possible..... Oh and the Chungwa pet hospital is an actual hospital in Seoul I have no information about it I just borrowed it's name!
