Shownu

He sighs sitting next to her she had put him in the friend zone. He watched as she tucked her hair behind her ear. "did she have to be so beautiful in everything she does?!" he thought. "yah! Shownu, want to get ice cream?" she asks smiling brightly. Shownu sighs "again?! but we had ice cream one hour ago!" She shrugs "so? I want another one!" she jumps off the bench they were sitting on and walks to the van. He sighs and follows her. A guy sees them and smiles at her, she doesn't see the smile but it makes Shownu protective. "why am I like this?!" he thought in his head. Lee Soo turns to him with a bright smile "I'll pay". 

The guy who was staring hears her "if it was me I would never let you pay" he says trying to win her over with his smile. She smiles sarcastically "yeah well, I'd rather pay myself and ummm...you might want to check your flies." she looks down at his jeans the zip was undone. Shownu tries hard not to laugh. He grabs her arm and once they are away they both burstout laughing.

They eat their ice cream in silence. Lee Soo sighs "I'm thinking of going to America to live with my brother". Shownu looks at her taken aback "w-what? why?" she sighs and looks at him "there isn't a reason for me to stay." she says this sadly. Shownu stands up and stands in front of her he looks her in the eyes and says "then...let me be your reason to stay". 

"y-yah! are you confessing?!" she asks surprised from the sudden intensity. Shownu sighs "so what if I am?! I don't want you to go!" Lee Soo gets up "umm...I-I'll see you later." about to run but he catches her into a back hug "please...let me protect you." he says quietly. Lee Soo swallows hard. "I-I'm scared". she says quietly. Shownu tuns her to face him "please don't be I'm always here for you."

He leans in closer and kisses her lips softly.
