The House

The end, or is it.

    The shadow shows itself again. This time the shadow says, "Do you want to have some fun and listen to me this time?" The girls shivered and said " Yes we will all listen this time just don't hurt us again." The shadow does a pace like motion in the middle of the room. Then says, "Let's try the board again." The girls quietly whispered, "Okay." The lights flipped back on and when the girls went to get up they were already in the floor with the board in front of them. They asked the shadow what it wanted them to do first. The shadow resounded very quickly. It said, " I want you to bring me back into human form." The girls softly put their fingers on the looking glass. They looked at the shadow and the middle-aged girl said, "What do we do now?" The shadow explains to them how to use the board. The girls did exactly what the shadow said to do. The first question they asked was " Is anyone here with us?" The looking glass slowly moves to yes. The girls gasp in shock. They sit there in silence for a few moments then the shadow snaps at them. The girls go o ask the bored if it would help bring the shadow back to human form but then  right before they were about to ask the shadow yells "stop!" The shadow makes a very important decision.The shadow said, " Wait I don't know if this is what I want anymore." The girls looked very puzzled. The middle-aged girl quietly asked, " Are you saying that you don't want to be turned back into human for?" The shadow goes up to the girl and said, "that's what I was implying but actually this is what I want I want to show people that when I said that no-one would miss me when I was gone it was true." The oldest said, "I'm sure many people missed you when you." The shadow started getting angry because she was arguing with it. It snaps up and said " You know what ask the board to bring me back to human form I want to know what their answer is." The girls said, "Okay you want us to do this and when we do you are going to let us go correct?" The shadow said, " That is indeed what I want you to do." The girls decided to go ahead and asked the board to bring the shadow back to human and the board quickly said no. The shadow got angry very quickly. It started moving in a pace like motion again.The girls sat there waiting for the shadow to tell them what to do next. They sat for about 5 minutes and then the shadow finally said, " I want you to ask it again." The youngest girl asked the shadow " don't you think that that will make the board upset?" The shadow shot an angry look at the youngest and said," I don't care if you think it will upset the board I want you to ask again."The oldest knew that they shouldn't ask the same question twice but the girls went ahead and did because they didn't want to get hurt again. This time the middle-aged girl asked the board if it would help the shadow regain his human form. The board did nothing. About 2 minutes later the girls felt the lookingglass start to move. It seemed as if it was going to go to yes but instead itshot over to No. The girls once again looked at the shadow but this time they didn't see the shadow. They went to get up but still couldn't move. They started looking around them and in the distance behind one of the curtains they heard a whimpering noise. They asked if it was the shadow. Right after they had asked if the whimpering was coming from him everything went silent. The shadow comes out with its head drooped in a downward position and quietly said, " Yes it was me, I only wanted to come back to human form to show you girls who I actually was." They girls started to show a confused impression on their faces."What do you mean who you actually were?" asked the youngest girl very quietly." Yes that is the only reason I want to be a human again." Said the shadow. They oldest said, "Why don't you just tell us who you are?" There was a moment of silence. Then the shadow said, " I don't know if you girls will believe me when I say this but... I'm... your..........." Then everything went dark.
