It just takes a second for my world to come crumbling down, Oh I'm sure in the distance you can hear that awful sound.

"Im Checking his heart rate." The EMT said as she sat over the bloody body on the gurny as her two co-workers rolled the gurny out of the studio of the Battle Of the Mcs. Cameras flashed and people gasped for air as they seen the sight before them.

How I plead for an answer, plead for an answer from you, But if you give me an answer, that just makes no sense then what's the use.

"Its dropping. We need to get him on an I.V bag, quickly. I see three visible bullet holes, he is losing a lot of blood." She panicked as she placed gauze over the holes.

A panicked group of people came running from the crowd following the speeding gurny. Tears in their eyes and their hearts racing against the clock. They couldnt believe what just took place.

And just like that my life was broken
I can barely breathe and now I'm opened for suggestions. At the end of the day life's a lesson.My life's a lesson.

The lady EMT hopped off the body and they placed it in the back of the Ambulance. A flustered male ran up to the truck and snapped, "I have to go."

"Are you family?" The unoccupied EMT asked.

A raspy voice cracked and spoke, "Im more than that, Im-Im the love of his life."

10 Hours Earlier

"Yo, this stage will be mine tomorrow. I can just take my crown now." I mumbled to myself as I stood on the stage, for stage prep for tonight. It was finally here. Battle of the Mcs was about to be Epic. The man yelled, "Right there Nix. Right there is the Limelight. From that point you can move 4 steps front, back, and to both sides." I raised my hand to signal to him that I understood.

John walked over to the stage and said, "Okay, lets go. We have to ne back here at 7. Its 9:33 so we need to put our day in full force." I hopped off the stage and said, "Just chill, we got this." I clapped him up and as we walked out of the studio and down to the car.

"So what happened last night...I was calling non-stop." And as last night traveled inside my ears...that dinner with my mom popped into my head. The night all hell broke loose at a public restaurant. I was actually surprised no cameras caught the breakdowm his mother had.

Flashback to last night.

My mom fork dropped and she laughed, "You are what?" Her voice was a bit raised and caused a few looks at our VIP table. I reached across and grabbed her hand.

I whispered, "Mom, I am Gay."

She started laughing hysterically. Covering her mouth with her napkin and really doing the most. She banged the table and started coughing.
