    Noelle looked at Sarah who was lying still on the bed . She at last found her identical twin . But Sarah couldn't see her or talk to her . She couldn't know that her twin sister was standing right next to her . She was in coma . No one knew when she would wake up . Or maybe she would never wake up .
Doctor Andrew talked to Noelle . He said that they found Sarah on the road . She was riding a bike when she was hit by a car . They didn't know who hit her .
Doctor Andrew was like a uncle to Noelle . He moved to Nashville a few months ago . When he found Sarah , he immediately called Noelle .
Noelle and her family lost Sarah when she was 3 . They searched every inch of the city . But they couldn't find her . After searching for 3 years , they gave up . They thought Sarah was dead . But Sarah wasn't . She was still breathing .
Doctor Andrew gave the belongings of Sarah to Noelle . It was a bag with a name Malia . There was a notebook and a necklace . There was also a letter that could not be read anymore .
Doctor Andrew then continued," I phoned her parents . They are out of country . They told me that they will be back tomorrow . " Noelle said nothing but just nodded her head .
She was lost in her thoughts . She was wondering if she should tell her parents that she at last found Sarah . But she did not want to see her mom be in pain again as Sarah is in coma . She did not know whether she should be happy or not anymore .
