Loving Ways

~Author's POV~

You and Mr. Cordarrelle were on your way home, on your way there, Mr. Cordarrelle told you that you had gained his last name, so now your name was (Y/N) Cordarrelle. You smiled to the thought that you didn't have your dreaded last name anymore. You didn't really like your last name, because every time you thought of it. You remembered all the disgrace and regret from it. But you were glad that you had a different last name now.

You eventually ended up falling asleep on the way home, and Mr. Cordarrelle was holding you since of how light you were in skeleton form. You both made it home and Mr. Cordarrelle set you on his very comfortable couch and you slept soundly and a smile was on your face to the comfort of the couch.

Mr. Cordarrelle went to the kitchen to make his signature hot dogs. The hot dogs had cheese and bacon on it (Heaven in my book), and he also made made mac n' cheese for dinner because he knew how much you liked his hot dogs. (I'll show you what they look like at the end) Mr. Cordarrelle smiled and he let the hot dogs cook in the oven to have the cook faster. Once they were done he took them out and grabbed some nacho cheese and he heated that up and he put the cheese onto the hot dogs spreading it out with his fingers. Then he got some bacon out and he cooked it up and then he cut up the bacon and sprinkled right onto the hot dogs. They looked fantastic.

~Y/N's POV~

I woke up to a very good smell. It was dad's amazing hot dogs! I jumped up and walked to the kitchen. Dad smiled when he saw me. "You smell that Sweetie, it's your favorite. My signature hot dogs." I smiled excitedly when he spoke. I walked over to the table and waited. He set the hot dog in front of me. But then I got a bit confused. "D-Dad? H-How do I eat?" I asked. I could talk without opening my mouth but the thing is...I don't know how to open my mouth. At this point I don't even know if I have a tongue. Dad had gotten a very nervous look, guess he doesn't know either.

"Hey Dad, maybe we could invite Gaster, Sans and Papyrus over, and we could get some more information from Gaster about me and how I have to do stuff." I insisted, Dad smiled and nodded and he got his phone and started to call up Gaster. He smiled, I'm guessing Gaster accepted. But then Dad got a very concerned face, uh oh.... "But he's in control right now right? So he's able to come? (Y/N) would be very sad if he wasn't able to come." Dad said,  "Is he talking about Sans?" I thought questionly. Dad got a smile again. "Perfect, I'll have some more cooked up and some extra's ready to go when you get here. Take your time and be safe now. See ya later." And Dad ended the call, "Sweetie, I need to explain something to you. Sans he turned into something called a Gaster Blaster a very strong monster's attack, which you have that ability to, but for right now Sans is able to keep control. Now you have this power too, but your powers aren't educated enough to do that. But I will need your help making these hot dogs, because we will need a lot of them." I nodded to his explanation and got a determined look on my face, "L-Let's do this." I announced.

~Author's POV~

As you and Mr. Cordarrelle, Gaster was getting Sans and Papyrus ready to go, the only reason stayed in control, was because of you. He didn't want to hurt you in any way. Not by something that could kill you, he eventually wanted to express his feelings to you. He knew that you were the one. The one that he would keep safe forever. He loved you. He loved you so much that he was able to keep control of himself. He listened to everything Gaster said and he would listen to you, even though you didn't talk much, he would still listen to you. Your voice was music to his non-existent ears. But what he didn't know you felt the same way back.

You just didn't know how to express it, your voice was too silent to hear. You couldn't talk very loud because you're still scared of what real mom or dad might do if you speak a word. You couldn't bring yourself to do it. But you and Mr. Cordarrelle were working on the third batch of hot dogs. (Each batch has five hot dogs) You and Mr. Cordarrelle just wanted to make sure that you had enough. You and Mr. Cordarrelle decided to stop at twenty-five, thinking that it was enough. You went and sat on the couch, feeling exhausted once again, you fell asleep. That was when the Skeleton family appeared. Sans saw you and got excited, but he saw that you were asleep and left you alone.

Gaster had went to Mr. Cordarrelle to talk to him about how your jaw works and how to open it. Sans stood by you and waited for you to wake up. He kept nuzzling you with his nose for you to wake up since he wanted to play. Papyrus was holding on to Sans' tail and hugging it tightly. You woke finally and saw Sans. Your eyes lit up, he looked exactly like a puppy! You always wanted a puppy. You started to pet Sans' head. He was surprisingly very soft being just made of bones.

"Y-You're s-so soft, f-for being a-a b-bonehead." You laughed at the joke you made. Sans smiled and nuzzled into you once more. You gained a little blush on your face, but it was light so no one could see it. You hugged Sans and he gained a blush on his face also but it was to light to see also. 

You finally let go and you crawled over to Papyrus clinging onto Sans' tail, when he saw you he slid down Sans' tail and walked over to you. He sat in your lap and he fell asleep. You smiled. "How cute." You thought. Sans smiled as he seen his brother comfortable enough to sleep in your lap. You were about to say something to Sans when you heard Mr. Cordarrelle call everyone to the kitchen. You picked up Papyrus carefully and walked to the kitchen while Sans followed you in.

When Gaster saw you, he walked up to you, and he started to explain on how to open your mouth. You did everything he said and it worked! You smiled and went over to the table and Mr. Cordarrelle set a hot dog in front of you, you did what Gaster said, and opened your mouth. Your eye turned a royal blue color and your royal blue tongue appeared out of nowhere, but you didn't care and started to eat the amazing hot dog that Mr. Cordarrelle set in front of you.

Eventually you finished, and you had at least two more hot dogs until you were finished. Sans surprised you because he ate 15 of the hot dogs you and Mr. Cordarrelle made. You were very fascinated by this part of Sans, you would always catch yourself looking at him.

~Later~

You and Sans were playing in the kitchen. In the kitchen there was an island, steel appliances, and many other things for a kitchen. Papyrus was playing on the island, so was Sans. Eventually Sans got on top of Papyrus and Papyrus had face saying, "Get off of me you bonehead!" But Sans never moved, all you could do was laugh, you ran to a closet and grabbed a camera, you ran back and gladly they were still in the same position and you snapped a picture, you looked at the camera roll of the camera and you started to burst out laughing.

Sans had eventually gotten off of Papyrus and got down from the island, and you calmed down from your laughing fit and you got Papyrus down from the island since it was a bit dangerous for him to be on it, and you set papyrus down on the floor.

You walked into the living room after Sans and Papyrus, and you made your way to the couch. You were a bit tired so you wanted to sleep. You laid down on the couch and fell asleep. 

~Last Time Skip, I promise!~

You woke up and you seen that Sans, Papyrus and Gaster were gone. You sighed as you started to miss Sans and his playful brother, you looked to the clock that was hanging on the wall and you saw it was midnight. You eyes widen to the time, but you weren't tired. Your mind was racing and every one of your thoughts were on Sans. You blushed to your own thoughts, and your blush just got darker and darker. You didn't know what to think of yourself. How could someone like Sans, like a quiet and sensitive girl like you. But what you didn't know Sans was thinking the same thoughts, you have a lot more in common than you think.
