Court and Other Preparations

The Court Date

*Caitlyn's POV*

  The alarm on my phone woke me up at 7:30 this morning for court. It starts at 9, but I'm nervous. I don't know why I'm so nervous but I am. Harry woke up while I was in the shower getting ready. "Good morning," I said to Harry when he walked in. "Good morning baby," he replied with his deep British accent. He was so cute in the mornings!! "You ready for court?" Harry asked knowing the answer to that question. "You know the answer to that," I replied. We were both ready after an hour, Harry wearing a nice suit and a red bow tie. I wore a black dress with a nice black jacket. We left around 8:15 and got somewhat ok seats in the courthouse. When court began, we saw Destiny in bright orange with her lawyer. She was flicking us off! I was called to testify against Destiny. "So Mrs. Styles," the woman asked, "is it true that Destiny, your twin sister, tried to steal your husband?" "Yes ma'am it is," I answered, adding extra information about her telling me about sexually harassing young guys and girls. "Thank you Mrs. Styles," the same woman said, "you may go have a seat." Court went by slowly. "Has the jury reached a plea?" the judge asked the grand jury. 'Finally!' my mind was saying, 'its about time!' "Yes we have your honor," a pretty woman from the jury said, "We find the defendant guilty." "Destiny Brown," the judge addressed, "you are sentenced 25 years to life in prison without bail or parole." We left the courthouse and went to the doctor.

*Harry's POV*

  After court ended, Caitlyn and I drove to the doctor to see if our baby would be a boy or a girl. I want a girl, but Caitlyn wants a boy. When we arrived, the receptionist greeted us. "Hi we're here for Dr. Miller," Caitlyn informed. "Okay," the lady said, "Mr. and Mrs. Styles?" "Yes ma'am," I answered. "Right this way," she instructed, and we followed. We followed her until she stopped in front of the door. Mr. Miller emerged after a few minutes. "Mr. and Mrs. Styles! Please come in," the doctor said. So we went in the room. He instructed Caitlyn to lay on the hospital bed and lift up her shirt. So, she did what she was told and lied down. "Now, this jelly will be cold, but it helps us see the baby," the doctor explained. (A/N Idk how ultrasounds work for pregnant people so just go with the flow.) He rubbed the jelly on her stomach and put the ultrasound device on her stomach. We saw the baby on another screen. "You are a lucky couple," the doctor told us, "You're having fraternal twins! A boy and a girl! " Caitlyn looked like she was going to cry any second. "This is excellent news!" I exclaimed, "Thank you Dr.!" Caitlyn got the jelly off her stomach, pulled her shirt back down, and we left. When we got home, the lads had many questions for us. "What gender is the baby?" Liam asked while Niall was asking, "How'd court go?" "Ok," Caitlyn began, "Destiny is sentenced to 25 years to life in prison because she was found guilty and we're having fraternal twins!" "So one of the babies is a girl and the other is a boy?" Louis asked. "Yes!" I screamed excitedly. Everyone was excited now. "Congrats," Simon and Zayn began, "to both of you." "Thank you!" Caitlyn answered before I could even open my mouth to say anything.

Two Months Later

*Caitlyn's POV

  I needed to go baby shopping! I called Eleanor and asked if she would come with me. "Sure girlie!" she answered excitedly, "I'll be there to pick you up in 10." She hung up and I got dressed. I put on a t-shirt and sweatpants and waited outside. Eleanor pulled up and I walked to the car. We got me some maternity clothes and then some clothes and stuff for the girl and separate thing for the boy. I was six months pregnant and I could not wait to give birth to these children! My kids, my future, my life.
