Marinette PoV:

I decided to wear my hair down today. When I walked into class and saw Adrien I couldn't thank myself enough for leaving it that way because I tilted my hair so that my hair could cover my red face.

"Hey Marinette!" Adrien said cheerfully.

Blood rushed to my cheeks and for once in a lifetime, I'm glad Chloe spoke up because if I tried to communicate with Adrien right now, it probably wouldn't even come out English.

"Hey loser! Trying to impress Adrien today my putting your hair down huh? It's obviously not gonna work! I thought anything would be better than those pigtail but I guess I was wrong! Anyways Adrikins and me were meant to be!" she said winking at Adrien.

I was speechless. My mind stopped working and I stood there, awkwardly as always, doing nothing until I realized I needed to breath.

"Actually," Adrien said, "I think she looks way prettier with her hair down. And we were not meant to be. In fact, I kissed her yesterday and I've never kissed you in my life. The only me that has kissed you is that creepy body pillow you have."

Crap.

I'm.

Dead.

Chloe's gonna kill me because she's a jealous brat.

Sabrina's gonna kill me cause she's Chloe's minion.

Ayla's gonna kill me for not telling her.

Nino's gonna kill me because Alya told him to.

And the rest of the class will be breathing down my neck, ohhing and ahhing the whole day waiting for the next exciting, dramatic, romantic, or sad thing to happen in this horrific thing I call my life.

My life has so much action in it, it should be a tv show.

My thoughts come to a haunt as I accidentally said out loud while laughing, "Wait, you have a body pillow of Adrien?!"

Chloe glares at me and goes beet red from embarrassment.

So basically... Ima spare you the long day I had and sum it up for you.

Alya only fangirled. Nino was constantly nudging Adrien all day. I wouldn't be surprised if his arm was covered in bruises.

No matter how hard I avoided him, Adrien found me at the end of the day.

"Hey Mari!" He said running up to me.

"Oh. H-hey Adrien!" I said looking towards the floor.

"Hey why do you always stutter?" he said curiously.

Wow! I sure now how to pick em! HOW DOES HE FREAKING NOT KNOW?!!

"Well...ever s-since you g-gave me that u-umbrella I I I haven't been able t-t-to stop." I said shyly.

He grabbed my hand and I stopped looking at him, "Well I'm glad I gave you that umbrella that day! I'm glad we became friends! Maybe even something more..." he said blushing and looking down.

I got all of my courage and tried hard to put it into this one moment. Hey! I'm ladybug! I can handle my crush!

I hesitated but leaned in until over noses were touching.

'Umm... Marinette!!' I screamed internally, 'this is the part we're you kiss him!!'

We stood there frozen for a couple of second until Tikki sighed softly, flew out of my bag, and pushed me into him.

Adrien's PoV:

Marinette leaned in on me and I knew she wanted to kiss me but I wanted her to feel accomplished and good about herself so I wait for her kiss me.

Plagg being Plagg, got bored so he pushed me into her.

Wait...what about m'lady??

Marinette PoV:

THANK GOODNESS FOR TIKKI!!

HALLELUJAH!!!

But I was upset when he broke away looking panicked.

"Look Marinette, I um...gotta go!" He sprinted away.

I couldn't decide whether to feel bad or not because there was a villain and Paris needed saving. 

I start to run to the park bench that I usually transform behind (it totally  hides me while I transform), only to see that Adrien is hiding there.

I hide behind a tree and watch him closely.

"Come on Marinette!" Tikki said, "We gotta go save Paris! Say the words!!"

"Plagg claws out!" Adrien said.

Tikki gasped and came over to watch with me.
