Alex shouldered his backpack roughly. God, he didn't know why he bothered coming to school anymore. After all, Tom was living with Jerry in Italy, Sabina was in America, and Jack was dead. There was no one for him to go back to anymore.
Besides, it wasn't like he was learning anything. But for some strange reason MI6 insisted, so here he was.
Alex parked his motorcycle. It was sleek and black, and could get to speeds of over 200 miles per hour. It was given to him from Smithers, as a welcome back from hell present.
Whispers followed the teenager all over school, somehow even more obvious than before. If that was possible. Alex wasn't surprised. He was gone for nine straight months this time.
Two months were spent with K-Unit (Fox had decided to rejoin) in the Middle East, where they teamed up with Navy Seals to take down terrorists.
Then, per Blunt's orders, he served in the Secret Service protecting the American president from SCORPIAs nefarious attempt on her, yes her, life.
And of course, that didn't end well. Captured by his worst enemies, Alex was tortured for four consecutive months before he escaped.
The following two months were spent assassinating the remaining SCORPIA board members, brutally and without mercy.
So yeah, it's been a busy year so far.
