Clem's POV
I was running through the forest as fast as I could as I heard gunshots behind me.... I ran for 2 hours before I decided I was finally safe. "Keep facing forward and don't move", I heard a male voice command. I froze and kept facing forward; like I was commanded. The man went through my bookbag and found nothing really important to him. "Turn around slowly and don't even think about reaching for your gun", ??? commanded. I turned around and saw a young adult; maybe 20, with a baseball T-shirt. "Who are you?", ??? questioned. "Clementine, who are you?", I questioned back at him. "Javier, but call me Javi", he said. Javier -er, Javi- explained that he was on a supply run for his family, because his niece was shot along with some woman. "Can you help me?", Javi asked. "I...uh....*sigh* Sure", I replied. "Thank you so much Clementine", Javi said. We began walking through the forest and back to his group. "So, how old are you?", he asked. "Uh...15 I'm pretty sure, kinda hard to keep track of your birthday when you've been through all this shit since you were little", I chuckled a little and so did Javi. "I got a nephew that's 15 as well, you might get along", he said with a slight smirk.
30 minutes later...
Javi POV
I arrived back with Clem when I noticed Gabe digging a grave for Mari. "Gabe!!", I called over to him. He looked up at me then Clem, clearly confused as hell. He walked over and stood in front of me, "Yeah? Whats up?", he asked. "Where's Kate and Tripp?", I asked. "Tripp took Kate back to Prescott for help, but I stayed so I could bury Mari", he said glancing at Mari then Clem, "Who's she?", he asked. I glanced at Clem; she sighed. "I'm Clementine, call me Clem", she said calmly. "I'm Gabriel, call me Gabe", he said back.
Gabe POV
I walked over to the grave I was digging and continued to dig. Clem walked up,"Want some help?", she asked with a smile. I smiled back and nodded; she took a shovel and started helping dig. ~ Do I really like Clementine already? We just met, but I think I do....~
