Chapter 3 : Big Hit

Soo-Ah first took me to Bang PD nim's office, walking down the hallway, I was bit intimidated by the whole thing at first. Soo-Ah then knocked at the down and we heard a small yeah coming from the other side, giving us permission to open it.

" Hello Bang PD-nim, " Soo-Ah bowed to him, " I brought the new stylist you hired, Kim Amy."

I then bowed to him and gave him a small smile.

" Ahh yes, hello Miss Kim. So nice of you to drop by. I just finished reading your email was about to call you.  You really don't waste much time getting your work done. You should fit fine with us here. " He gave me a huge toothy smile and sat up from his desk.  I couldn't help but smile at his words.

" Now let's see, " He was rummaging through a pile of folders that were stacked on one of the tables located in his office. He then stopped, pulling a light blue folder from the stack.

" Here it is. In here is your contract, I know you've already signed while you were back in America, but I made a few adjustments that I hope you would enjoy. I'll give you a few moments to read over it while I step outside and talk to Ms.Choi about some of the upcoming events we have planned. "

I bowed to him and said my goodbyes to Soo-Ah and proceed to read the updated contact. As I started reading, there wasn't much that was different. It wasn't til the last page were there some huge changes. He increased my pay by 1500 won, gave me a few health benefits, and would even pay for my apartment. I wasn't complaining at all, I could use all those things, but it wasn't til I saw the last paragraph that made me re-question all of this.

" I can only assume you finished reading over the new contract? " Bang PD-nim said scaring me a little.

" I did. In the original contract, you initially stated that I would be working for a year to two years at most, but now you're saying you want me to work for 5 years? "

He sat down the sofa in front of me, " You seem a little upset about this. Is this not what you want? "

"It's not that I don't want it, I just think 5 years may be a little too long for my liking."

He nodded his head, " I understand, maybe I shouldn't have made these revisions without your input. "

" I'm very appreciative for this sir, you have no idea. I really just didn't mentally plan on being here that long. "

He nodded his head again, disappointment clear in his eyes, " Maybe we should talk about this later. To be completely honest with you Miss Park, when I first saw some of your work, it took me by surprise, it was kinda different, your vision is something that shouldn't be put to the side so easily. Some people spend a lifetime to even have somewhat of an opportunity that you have. I don't want to sway your feelings, I'm just making a point. Hopefully, you'll reconsider, but if not, it's perfectly fine by me. " He gave me a small smile.

" Thank you for your words, sir. If you give me some time, I'd like to just think about this. It's a huge decision that I wouldn't want to mess up for either of us. "

" Of course Miss. Kim. Take all the time you need, after all this is all about you and your future. "

I gave him a small bow and was about to say something, but there was a knock at the door.

" Yes "

The door then opened, revealing BTS's manager, Hobeom.

" Hello, Hobeom. What can I help you with? " Bang PD-nim said.

Hobeom looked at me, then back at Bang PD-nim, and then back to me.

" Excuse my manners. Hobeom, this Kim Amy, she's going to working with the boys soon as a stylist. "

I stood up and gave him a bow, " It's very nice to meet you, I hope you'll take care of me."

He bowed back giving me a toothy smile and said " Of course Amy. "

" So what is I can do for you Hobeom? Is it something with the boys? "

" Sort of sir. " He looked at me and back at Bang PD-nim deciding if he should say what's on his mind. " They boys are just a little upset that they heard some rumors of a new stylist from talk around the building, rather from you sir.  I think they just want you to introduce Amy to them."

I blushed from embarrassment, I can't believe people were already talking about me and I haven't officially started yet. I then became a little worried about what some of the rumors might be, like if they talked about my weight.

" Well, why I don't I do the boys one better. I'll introduce them to Miss Park here in just a moment. "

I looked over at Bang PD-nim, all color running from my face. I was so nervous. I really enjoyed BTS's music and when I found out BigHit hired me, I passed out.

Hobeom then walked out of the office, I'm guessing heading back to where BTS were. Bang PD-nim then stood up, heading back to his desk, grabbing a few folders and grabbing a pair of keys.

" Here in this folder is the next couple of weeks schedules for you. In this folder, is some paperwork that has to be returned to me when you come back. Here are the papers you'll need for the apartment and here are the keys. "

" Thank you so much for everything sir. " I gave him a low bow.

" Let us go and introduce you to the boys"

I know I'm just teasing you guys but I promise the next chapter will have Amy interacting with the guys!
