Back in 2007, I began writing this story under a different title. I've written 30,000 words (roughly 200 pages) before I put it on the back burner to finish several other urgent projects.
Throughout the years, I've revisited this story in the hopes of completing it. However, each time I opened the document I'd be devastated to realize how bad the story needed a complete rewrite. So instead of rewriting the entire story at the time, I'd move on to other projects.
As my writing skills improved over the years, I completed and published many stories, articles, and blogs, making the rewrite of Burying the Hatchet seem more and more difficult and time consuming. Besides, I wanted to apply my improved writing skills and updated style to so many other stories I wanted to tell.
Many years went by, but because of Wattpad--and the opportunity to update and publish new chapters as I go--2017 is the year.
Now I'd like you to join me as I rewrite, revise, and share the story Burying the Hatchet one chapter at a time.
