Duckie stood there, terrified. She, suddenly, realised Toby had been lying to her, a share of pink , he said, a shade of white, he said. He was probably trying to lie so she wouldn't get the surgery for him. Duckie couldn't accept though, how Toby easily would give up his life for a love that doesn't exist, waste of your life in love, Pathetic. Duckie couldn't understand Toby's love for Momaa as she has never been in love.

Momaa helped Toby get on his bed while Duckie got Toby's medicine. She took out a syringe and stabbed it into Toby's arm. Toby after a few seconds stoped coughing and started breathing normally. Duckie was angry at Toby but this wasn't the time to show it. She got all of Toby's medicine , he was supposed to drink.
"... Not a single tea spoon has been drunk, interesting, isn't it?" Duckie asked in a sarcastic tone.
"Leave Toby to rest." Momaa said to save Toby from answering. Momaa and Duckie both went outside and Momaa started asking questions.
"What was happening to Toby?!" Momaa asked angry.
"Hanahaki Disease." Duckie answered.
"What..?"
"HA NA HA KI Disease."
Momaa stood in front of Duckie with a serious face.
"Why does he have it and what does it do?" Momaa asked.
"He coughs flowers and for how he got it, you."
"Me??"
"You get it by having one sided love/rejection."
Momaa and Duckie of down stairs and sit in silence till Duckie explains to Otter about Toby.
"So.. we can't fix him?" Otter asked.
"We can but Toby is being stubborn and doesn't want surgery. We , of course, can get his parents to sign something so he is forced to get it. I have the money to pay for it." Says Duckie.
"I have their numbers, we can call them." Says Momaa.
"Ok."
