DAY BEFORE TEST
Tomorrow is my quiz of Plant Anatomy.
Today is my cricket match at departmental level.
Ahhh …. I’m already in such a trouble
Match started at 2:30 PM at noon and ended at 5:00 PM with tremendous defeat of my cricket team. I got out on 0. I declared as an expensive bowler as I get 21 score per over in my spell. Not to mention with highest economy rate. Wow it’s just awesome, isn’t it? Knock knock!!! Is there any luck I have? Hello!!! Can you hear me? It was just a little effort to stir my luck, if I have.
6:00 PM
I reached home. I got freshen up and have my lunch. I was doing everything in such a hustle because I want to take a quick nap before start studying for tomorrow’s quiz but time is passing like it is in some kind of marathon.
7:00 PM
After memorizing each and every person present at home to wake me up at 10:00 PM, I went to my room set alarm and slipped myself in my blanket. Rest I don’t know when darkness muffled me.
I was sitting in my examination room. Teacher was coming towards me with a Question paper seems like an executioner coming towards a death sentenced criminal. She handed me a paper and announced you have 30 minutes for this. I took that paper from her and start studying. While reading question I was getting a clear picture which was that I am going to fail in this test badly, for sure. Time passed too swiftly. Again she was coming towards me. I start gasping because I haven’t marked any question yet. She came and started snatching my paper from me. It was like tug of war, she was pulling paper towards her and I was pulling it towards me. Now I can only hear a pleading voice.
Tears started flooding out from my eyes.

I woke up. My eyes were wide open like as if I just got some horrifying news. Its take me a bit to become familiar my surroundings. Phew... it was just a dream Thank God. Still resting on my bed I stretched my hand in the direction of my side table to pick my phone up and checked time. 12:00 AM was blinking on phone screen with all its full glory.
12:00 AM
WHAT.. 12:00 AM. HOW? WHEN? I mean, WHY? I just closed my eyes for barely two minutes. Wallah it was just for two minutes. Suddenly anger got me best. Why my parents or sibling didn’t woke me up, when I already told them.
With massive burden on my shoulders for wasting my time like this, I went to kitchen where Mama was doing dishes and making tea, might be for Abu G.
“Mama G”. I said.
“Dinner is ready eat it if you want.” she said, without even looking at me.
“Mama G, why didn’t you wake me up?” I asked.
On this she gave me a dead glare and I was like Okay, I got you message. She tried.
“Take it for your Abu G he is might be in his study room.” She handed me a cup of tea and said. I obeyed her quickly and marched out from kitchen. I went towards study room and gave cup to Abu G and asked.
“Why didn’t you wake me up?”
On this, he started scolding me for bothering all family when I’m not going to wake up on one call.
“Don’t ask me to wake you up ever again. One can become mad for waking you up but you get no affect. Now go and do your work.” With heavy heart I left his room.
1:00 AM
Firstly I gone through all chapters and select a small one. I have four chapters to prepare. From which two of them I haven’t read for a single time. I was studying in living room because it was my favorite spot for study at night. My brother was sitting on carpeted floor and doing something on his tab. After reading for a while I asked him
“Why are you not going to sleep?”
What he said later was enough to make me envy him.
“I am playing game I was waiting for this stage to open for 3 days. Finally I can play it.”
I dropped my head on my notes and engross myself in study. It’s better to study for my quiz then to envy someone.
2:30 AM
I was studying when my younger sister came in room with water I her hand. I looked at her for a second then start reading again. But after a while I heard a shriek.
“What happened?” I asked. She pointed towards a crawling object.
“O hoo! It’s just a cockroach just hit it with something.” I stated calmly.
After some time she squawked again.
“Api it is flying” I heard someone yelling this.
On this I forget what in the world I was studying because I have only one motive now to save myself from this freakish winged object. Now it’s three of us in room two of them screaming, running, looking for shelter, for a weapon for saving themselves but one was so calm, it even hide itself for playing hide and seek with us. Two of them confined themselves at corner of a room but other one was free to move here and there. After a battle of exact 20 minutes object get lost and we released a sigh of relief. But I didn’t let my sister to leave me alone I stayed her to watch for me in case our enemy got power and appear again with its army.
5:30 AM
I’m dizzy right now, I want to sleep. I was doing calculations in dizziness. Right now, I was half-sleep, half-awake so in both cases I can’t study even if I try. So I reached on a decision to sleep because I have a lecture before quiz I have time for revision. I picked my phone set alarm and went to sleep again. Hope I got luck tomorrow.
