Chapter 4

Craig's POV

I stood there in shock with my mouth open. Why would Tyler be at my door at this time?

"May I come in?", he said as smooth as his deep voice would let him.

"Yeah.", I said stepping aside for Tyler to come in. "Not to be rude but why are you here?"

He looked at the floor before speaking. "I'm thinking it's not working out for me and Kelly.", he said looking at me.

"Aw Tyler? Why would you say that?", I asked looking at him with sorrow.

"I think I don't love her anymore like I use to anymore. I left the house and didn't even say goodbye to her. I don't know what's wrong with me.", he said looking at me with tears in his eyes.

I went up to him and hugged him tightly. I felt bad for him because I know the feeling.

"I know what you're going through right now. It's going to be tough but you'll get through it. I'll even help you don't worry.", I say looking at Tyler with a small smile.

"Thanks Craig.", he said looking down at me.

"No problem.", I say pulling away from him.

"Can I suggest you something?", I asked curiously. I wanted to help Tyler since I don't want him to go through what I went through.

"Please anything. I'm really confused right now.", he said looking at me with hope in his icy eyes.

"I suggest going to Kelly about this. Just sit down and talk to her about it. If she doesn't understand, have her call me and I'll tell her about my experience with this.", I say with a small smile.

He looked at me and nodded. "Okay. Thanks Craig. I'll guess I'll get going. I'll talk to you tomorrow. Bye Craig.", and with that he left.

My heart sank as I saw Tyler leave. Why does it hurt so much when he's gone? Maybe I should ask Liz about this.

I grab my phone and click on our messages and text her.

C- Hey Liz I was wondering if you could give me some advice with someone

L- Oh Hi Craig what's up?

Something seemed off about Liz yet I couldn't seem to place my finger on it. I shrugged it off and texted her back.

C- Can I call you? It's kinda mouth full and hard to explain in text

L- Sure

Hey Craig. Whatcha need?

I need to find out something about myself. I've been feeling strange when I see or talk to my best friend Tyler.

Are you gay? Cause if you are, you might like him. If you aren't, then you are gay and don't know yet.

I heard her laugh over the phone but she then started coughing hard.

Are you okay?

Yeah I'm fine. Don't worry about me. But I think you like your best friend.

How are you so sure about this?

Because I questioned myself just like you are now when I started falling for my best friend who was the same gender as me.

My eyes widen.

You're gay??

Demi but it's a common mistake. I mostly prefer women over men but that's just me.

Isn't demi where you will only date someone until you actually trust and know them??

That exactly what it is. I found out my sexuality when I realized everyone I date has always been with me through thick and thin.

Wow. And you think I'm gay for my best friend?

I think so. I'm not good on the advice giving for people's sexual appeal but Alex is.

Your friend that I met at the movies?

Yes. Alex is amazing with the advice giving. Let me give you his number. It's XXX-XXXX.

Thank you. Could you tell him I'll be calling him tomorrow morning?

I will but for now I suggest talking to someone else who is gay and ask them for advice. It's always good to get different views for things.

I hung up the phone and looked at my hands. Maybe I am gay? I started to think who else I knew that was gay.

I knew Tyler wasn't gay since he is dating Kelly. Evan is dating Sydney. Bryce hasn't came out of the closet yet or any of the guys.

Then a name popped into my head. The one guy who lives on the other side of the world and would be awake right now. The guy that has a crush on a guy right now.

(So I wanted to publish this for so long since April 1st to be exact but I decided to publish this today. If you didn't see my home page on April 1st, then I'll tell you about it.
