I stared at the boys before me, unblinking and in shock. They all argued with my Uncle, Jorge, and he was yelling back. I pushed forward, through the crowd of people, glaring and scowling at my Uncle as I went.

"Uncle. Stop yelling at these poor boys," I said and turned to them. I scanned them to see a young Chinese boy standing next to a blonde boy who was carrying a girl bridal style and looked tired as fuck. Then at the front was a gorgeous boy with chocolate eyes and dark brown hair. There was a few others with them, but these four really caught my eye.

"Elizabeth, it's not your concern. Stay with your sister," my uncle said and pointed to a closed door.

"I won't leave until you assure me you won't yell at the boys," I said and put my hands on my hips. My uncle paused before nodding his head.

"Sure. Whatever," he said and then led the boys away, the blonde one limping as he walked. I frowned and smiled slightly when I saw the Chinese boy take the girls limp hand. I sighed and walked toward my sisters room.

As soon as I opened the door a soft melody came to my ears.

"She just wants to be beautiful,

She goes unnoticed, she knows no limits,

She craves attention, she praises an image,

She prays to be sculpted by the sculptor,

Oh, she don't see the light that's shining,

Deeper than the eyes can find it,

Maybe we have made her blind,

So she tries to cover up her pain and cut her woes away,

'Cause cover girls don't cry after their face is made," My sister sang quietly.

"Hey Rachelle," I smiled and walked over to where she was sitting on her creaky bed. "How's my stupid sister?" I asked and playfully punched her shoulder. She sighed and looked at me.

"Honestly?" She asked and I nodded. "Still can't see colours," she sighed and buried her face in her hands. I awkwardly patted her back and frowned.

"It will get better," I reassured her and there was a soft knock at the door.

"Come in!" My sister called. The blonde boy limped in with the girl hanging in his arms.

"Jorge said I should put Cassie in here," he explained and Rachelle stood up. She walked over to the girl and softly smiled at her.

"Ill look after her. Don't worry," she nodded and took the girl from him.

"Thank you-"

"It's Rachelle, but please call me Rach," she smiled and walked over to the spare bed. She carefully lay Cassie down and then placed a blanket over her. "That's Elizabeth," she said and pointed at me.

"Call me Lizzie," I said and he nodded.

"Newt. Pleased to meet you both," he said. His eyes trained on Cassie the whole time. I looked over to Rachelle but she was staring at Newt.

"Rachelle," I hissed and elbowed her in the ribs. She blinked and looked down just as someone walked in. I looked up and saw the Chinese boy standing in the door way.

"Newt. Thomas wants to go over a few things," He said. Newt nodded and walked over to Cassie.

"I'll see you later Cassie. I'm off with Minho," Newt whispered and walked out of the room with Minho.

"Kinda cute aren't they Rach?" I asked and turned to Rachelle who was looking at the place Minho had just stood. She shrugged and looked to me before staring at me.

"Your eyes!" She gasped.

"Yeah? What about them?" I questioned.

"They're not dark grey. They're brown!" She exclaimed. I beamed and nodded. She pulled me into a hug and for once, I didn't pull away.
