Jeffersons POV
The cabinet meeting was boring is as boring does, Hamilton going on about a national bank but I didn't care!
Nope I was to Busy looking into the eyes of my work partner and secret lover 'James Maddison' he just looked so perfect,
"Jefferson are you even listening!!" Alex shouted I jumped and shot my eyes up to him looking down at me, he looked threatening!
I blushed and didn't say anything, James noticed this and said
"He does that a lot, he doesn't seem to be listening but is! It's just his way Alexander.."
I looked at James I wanted to kiss him right there and then.......so I leaned and kissed him on the lips.....
He was dumbfounded staring at me like I was some kind of monster, I quickly left the room and ran outside crying for being such a idiot!!!!!
Maddison's POV
"H..he kissed me" I said- "wow way to make things obvious James" I thought mentally face palming
"What the hell..." Alex finally spoke, I was scared by Alexander without Jefferson by my side....
"Ok ok!!!" Washington announced "James, Hamilton you two are dismissed!!"
I walked outside seeing Thomas under a cherry blossom tree, I looked at him...was he crying???
I walk over and sit down next to him, he tenses up when I drag him into an embrace, nothing romantic just a buddy being a buddy.....
"I'm so so sorry jemmy!!" Thomas says through tears,
"For what?" I was confused he hadn't done anything wrong-ish
"For kissing you in front of everyone!!" Tom said punching his knee, I lifted his head so he was facing me...
His eyes, his hair, his soft looking lips drove me into the next action I did, I kissed him....
HAMILTON'S POV
I was hiding in a bush close to Thomas and James talking photos of the scene happening in front of me
"Wait until Lafayette sees these" I say quietly rushing away to the local tavern bursting right through the door!!
"Laf!!!" I shout across the room " the ship is sailing!!", we both span round the room happy as ever,
"Herc mon a mor do you not owe me some how you say- cash??!" Lafayette said in a smug voice,
"Fineeeeee" herc said spinning round giving him 20 dollars and kissing him on the four head....
