Lucy POV
I sat on the bar stools with levy and watched as the groups dispaned to there planned areas. I stared at the lacrama to watch the action we had two more for the side areas as well now. I was so zoned out I jumped when I felt a warm hand on my arm and blinked looking at natsu. His eyes were the red as before and he looked scary to a degree but I felt no fear as his look was soft. I nod knowing that was saying he was off. I could hear levy yelling at gajeel to not get hurt and so on. By the time I looked back at natsu he was walking away. I freaked out some and ran after him pulling his vest and huging him.
"You stay safe for it natsu Or ill hurt you myself got it?"
I felt a small laugh and him turn taking my Head on his hands is this the real natsu?
"Luce I have been doing this since o was young, but I will stay safe, but only if you are your safety is most important to me understand"
I simply nodded not know how to handle this natsu. He let go and walk out going to battle as levy , back front team and I set up to protect the guild.
Third person
The battle was harsh and long the fairy tail guild didn't think the mafia would have been strong but they were. Many got hurt and to no ones shock there was a planned surprise attack. Many were hurt but the fairy tail still won. The final battle was happening and that was nastu v.s. the other leader. Natsu's actions were swift and fast.
"Hey natsu , how that pretty girl from the ball when you killed my brother?!"
Natsu growled
"Don't you ever talk about lucy you maggot! She has no reason for you to know her!"the final blow was not expected as nastu was stabbed in the side, as he burned the other . natsu held is wound and looked around
"Let's go home everyone!" He yelled
Natsu POV
Fuck ! That hurt , but luce is gonna kill me!
I look up as happy flew over to me and played on my shoulder. The guild came into view and with it my very very pissed off mate. I stood back and winced burning the wound closed . before running up and hugging her.
"Hiya luce ! Your planned worked I'm so glad!!! "
I spun her around but I could feel the black aura around her setting her down. I looked at her and she glared right through me and made me shiver.
"NATSU FUCKING DRAGNEEL I TOLD TOU NOT TO GER HURT AND YOU DO! THEN GO AND BURN IT CLOSED AND ACT FINE, I SHOULD STAB YOY MYSELF"
I winced at her loud voice hit my ears and could hear gray saying I should run.
I sighed and ran a hand through my hair
"I know luce and I'm sorry I got distracted and forgot he had a weapon."
Her glare still there but less harsh as she sighed shaking her head before walking off. I ran after her and grabbed her arm Before even asking or thinking I leaned down and caught her lips in a soft kiss.
Lucy POV
This is happening? Its really real natsu dragoneel, dragon slayer mafia head is kissing me right now.
I sat shocked and as he pulled away I grabbed his scarf bringing him in for more. His lips were soft and warm on mine, I could feel his hand slip down and hold my waist and on hold my head. The only thing I could think was  I feel the safest with him
