Milky Way Middle School and Beyond!

Is Pluto Just Misunderstood?

It had been a week since Earth and Venus moved here. And they loved it.
The students were nice and were very welcoming towards the twins.
But there was one thing that bothered Venus. Pluto and his friends.

She'd heard things about him, and his gang. Like how they vandalized buildings and cars. And how they were expelled from their last school.
She didn't want her brother to be envolved with the likes of him. But at the same time.....
She felt as if those rumors weren't even true. She had never seen Pluto outside of school much, but he seemed to be really kind. And also really shy. His friends seemed cool too.
But Venus didn't want to take any chances.
------------------Transition ---------------
Venus sat down at the lunch table, along with her brother.

They had been a Milky Way Middle School for about a week now, and they were both quickly adjusting to their new school.
"So, how is MWMS going for you? Like it here?" Neptune asked sipping on his juice box next to his handicapped brother, Uranus.
"Its great!" Earth chirped."How 'bout you Venus?"
Venus smiled a little. Her little brothers old personality was starting to come back."Its fine, I guess." She responded shrugging. She actually thought the school was pretty sweet, but she wouldn't tell them that.
"Just fine? Milky Way Middle School is one of the most popular schools in our district!" Uranus said shocked.
Earth shook his head, sighing."Venus can never seem to be impressed." Venus smirked,"You got that right!"

"Good Afternoon, everyone." A smooth voice called out to all the students in the cafeteria. It was Principal Solaris!

"Hello students!" Sol shouted happily. He seemed to love every kid at the school. "Is everybody excited about the school dance coming up?!"

The students all cheered.
The twins blinked twice in shock."Wait.....dance?!" "Yeah, there's a dance coming up in about a week." Saturn said calmly after chewing on his apple."Didn't you hear in the morning announcements?"
Venus glared coldly. "Of course we did smart aleck! We were just testing you!"
The calm boy looked at her sighing."I don't want you to be my enemy, Venus." He said gently.
"I don't care!"
"Will you guys shut it?!" Mercury hissed."Sol is still speaking!"
"Yes, please listen to my beloved Mercury~"
"SHUT UP JUPITER!!"

"The dance will be held at Milky Way High School at 7pm to 9pm. Food and drinks will be available, just as long as you bring money with you. Entry fee is 5 dollars per student!" Sol then winked. "And don't forget to bring a date with you!"
All the students blushed.
"Wait, why is the dance being held at the high school?" Mars asked, confused.
"Because the gym and the cafeteria are both too small to fit all of the students. Don't you pay attention at all to detail Mars?" Neptune said, sighing in annoyance."Hey!" Shouted Mars.

Venus looked behind her as she realized that she hadn't heard a word from Pluto's table. The table was completely silent.
Pluto was sitting at the table with his friends, but none of them seemed happy. Venus couldn't blame them. Noone really liked them. They were complete outcasts.
Venus and Earth both were outcasts back at their old school. They only had a small group of friends. They were outcasts because...... well the reason was irrelevant.

Venus and Pluto both made eye contact.
The female twin immediately looked away from Plutos purple orbs.
'I have to talk to him. Or at least see if the rumors are true. Why are he and his friends always away from everyone else?'

She took one last look in his direction.
'I'll talk to him after 3rd block." Venus thought, determined.
