Draco Malfoy and The Time He Loved A Gryffindor

It was first year and Draco was listening to Lucius his father talking to his mom Narcissa about you-know-who a.k.a Voldemort killing lily potter and James potter but a boy named Harry Potter lived

Draco was packing and is now ready to go to diagon alley

He was getting his robes sized when a girl walked in to get hers sized

'Wow she's cute' thought Draco 'wait what?'

~Draco's pov~

"Hi, my name is (Y/N)" the girl said smiling "hey the names Malfoy, Draco Malfoy," I said smiling back at her

~time skip to the Hogwarts express~

(Y/N) was sitting with crabbe, goyle and I she was next to me we were across from crabbe and goyle

"So (Y/N) do you want to friends?" I asked holding out my hand for her to shake

She shook my hand and said "I would love to Draco," I smiled at her and she smiled back

~skip to time at hogwarts~

~(Y/N) pov~

I was standing with Draco really close then I noticed I was close to him and scooted only a couple steps away not to far "hey you can stand close I don't mind," Draco said "oh okay!" I smile and step back to where I was before

The sorting ceremony has began

professor mcgonagall was calling names for them to be sorted "Malfoy, Draco!" Professor mcgonagall called him to the sorting hat stool he sat down and the hat had barely touched the top of his head when it yelled "SLYTHERIN!" He got up and the whole Slytherin table was cheering and clapping loudly he smiled at me and sat down

"(L/N), (F/N)!" Professor mcgonagall called me to the sorting hat stool the sorting hat yelled "GRYFFINDOR!" And everyone at the gryffindor table was cheering loud and proud to have me as a gryffindor I looked over at Draco he looked sad he caught my eye contact and I gave him a sad smile and he gave me one back

"LET THE FEAST BEGIN!" Dumbledore called out to all four house tables

~Draco's Pov~
'Aw I wanted her in Slytherin she's my new best friend!' Draco thought 'but now that she's in gryffindor will my dad even allow me to be friends with her!!?' He thought feeling a bit sad

~after the feast~

The houses were being led by their prefects to their common rooms

I looked over to see (Y/N) going to her common room "bye," I whispered "bye Draco!" (Y/N) whispered back with a small smile that made me smile
