I'd like to take a minute just to explain what this "journal" is going to be. I have recently found out about art therapy and basically it is expressing your feelings not through sitting and "talking about your feelings," but to express them through different art methods like clay throwing, poetry, and writing... can you guess which two I'm doing. So I figured whenever I need to talk about my day or rant about something that has been bothering me by writing a poem about it or something(creative isn't it). It doesn't bother me how you interpret these entries they can be whatever you want them to be just enjoy or, you know, don't, whatever you feel, I respect that.
