New Beginnings

HI ,I am Amara Olivia Nelson, I am 17 years old,this is my first visit to the USA as a matter of fact its my first time getting on an aeroplane, hahahahaha, I know it sounds funny but its the truth, I am from a little country in south America name Guyana, I have been living there with my mom, for 17 years,its the only English speaking country in South America, any who,i am 5"4 in height pretty curvy for my age, with shoulder length curly black hair,  I am biracial ,of course my mom is black ,Guyanese and my father is biracial also he is American and he is mixed with black and white,my skin is what we would refer to in Guyana as spadilla brown, and I have brown eyes, i think they are my best assets.

My mom was  diagnosed with breast cancer six months ago, before all of that I thought I had not father,i know what you are thinking,but no its not that,not because she is dying she wants my father to be in my life,well yes and no, you see my mom ,came to the states for vacation and hooked up with my dad, how she puts it"a summer fling", my parents kept in contact after she returned home up until she found out she was pregnant with me "amara I didn't want him to run away with the idea that I purposely got pregnant because I wanted a green card to stay in the states, so I changed my number and never contacted him again", but mom you should have given him the chance , let him  know at least, I said to my mom".

so here I am am about to go meet this man, my father in person for the first time, we have been doing face time for a couple of months now, I can still remember when my mother, tried his number for the first time after 17 years, I was surprised he still had the same number but apparently she wasn't," amara that man is a creature of habit and hates to try new things, I guarantee he still has this same number" ring!!! ring!!! ring!!! "hello", I can hear the sleep in his voice I was excited and scared at the same time, my mom coughed and cleared her throat "Brian, Brian Crowe", more a statement than question," yes ,yes this is him" I can hear the curiosity in his voice now " hello this is am Elizabeth, Elizabeth" "Nelson ", she was cut off by my father.
