"Holy fuck ", I exclaimed

On my way to my aunts house , thinking of my kickboxing tournament tonight but my thoughts were interrupted when I saw a trailer flip a car over . I quickly parked my car and ran over to the car , It looks so familiar and God please don't let it be who I think it is.
I opened the door to the flipped car , oh God, "holy fuck "
"Shit , Cla..... Claire , fuck Claire wake up , don't leave me , ahhh, Shit, please wake up". There was blood dripping from her head. I started undoing her seatbelt and lifting her out of the car .
The only thing on my mind was her not dying , I don't know why I feel this way but I feel I have to protect her.
I placed her in my car and ran over to the driver's side and drove to the nearest hospital .
"Help ! We need help" I shouted barging into the hospital. Some people came up to me and they took Claire away, I didn't even realise I was crying until a nurse come up to me "excuse me young man , don't cry she going to be alright, relation?" Fuck . I just remembered I haven't called her family members , I search for my phone, and call her brother.
"Hey Jackson, wats up?" He said calmly
"Um hey u mm mm ......Se. ....... Seb, ca........aannn you come to the hospital .....um mm like right now". I said , my voice shaking
"Ok. .... why.... is everything okay is my sister there cause I swear if you caused it I will murder you and no one would know." He thretened, in the background I could her things shuffle.
"Just get down here , its the one close to the cafe. Just come down here with your mum , please" and I disconnected the line.
I turned back to the nurse and said "err.....mm mm friend... just a friend but her brother is coming soon " are we even friend she hates my guts I am literally the last person she would want to see here. The nurse nodded and left.
