I woke up this morning thinking 'Wow I get to watch Mark train again and then were off to Sochi together with Adam & Craig is so amazing'. Mark & I have been together for 1 year. We met at the X-games I was just a fan, I thought Mark was too, but then i watched him run and he dedicated his run to me. Heck why'd he like me? God only knows, I didnt even know how to snowboard nor what a triple cork 1440 was. Im Kelly a 19 year from Canada, I penny board & play Soccer but Mark taught me how to snowboard and now im a professional snowboarder but the media barely knows we are together, we are making our relationship public at the Olympics we'll walk out at the Opening Ceremony holding hands. I have beach blonde hair and brown eyes. I got dressed with my Snowboard gear grey snowboarding pants, a black burton jacket and pink burton snowboarding boots, it was my signature while riding and went down to the hill, when I got a call from Craig
" Kelly, Mark's hurt please come to the Terrain Park as soon as possible"
" Ooo-ookk " I said a million things were running through my mind.
When I got to the hill I was in tears, Mark was being put into a ambulance.
"Kelly!" Craig called my name, I dropped all my gear & ran into the ambulance.
"Ma-ark, are you ok? What happened?!" I asked while wiping the tears from my cheeks. Mark was weezing, the paramedic said its best if he didnt talk.
Craig explained to me what happened " He was riding a rail and his board clipped the rail and he fell and his chest hit the rail."
I bursted out crying, it hurt me so much to see Mark hurt. Mark grabbed my hand and kissed it.
When we got the hospital, a bunch of doctors were waiting to treat Mark, he had to take a bunch of tests. I gave him a kiss on the cheek and mouthed 'I love you' while he went to take X-rays and CT scans. While Craig, Adam and I were waiting. Craig was calling their parents, while Adam was alerting the Media. Mark's mentions on twitter were blowing up on twitter from all his fans, i knew this cause Mark linked his twitter to my phone some of the tweets read, 'Is Mark OK?!' 'Will he compete in Sochi' 'What happened'. Mark came back to his hospital room after an hour. After 15 minutes of waiting his doctor walked in.
"Im sorry Mark, I have some bad news for you"
