Bella starts to remember something

       Epov

 I was woken up to something crawling on my leg and I open my eyes and it was toothless. I just shook my head.

“The princess Bella is my protector until your son is of age.” He told me with his mind. “Don't you have parents you can stay with until it is time?” I asked him my mind so I did not wake up Bella.

“When I hatched a few weeks ago I had no parents. Another night fury who took care of me told me my parents left one day not saying a word and never returned. Then a few days ago I felt this strong pull to your son and now I guess you and princess Bella are now my adoptive parents per say. Except you're human. Athena and Princess Bella told me about you. I trust you. You know. Don't get me wrong but I don't think of her as a princess. I think of her as my mom.” He told me.

“Why’s that?” I asked. “Because she takes care of me like she does with your son. Except I stay by her side at all times because I can be of great use even in battle or on mission being small right now.” I looked at him confused. “What makes you think that little one?” I asked.

“I can get into tight places.” I smile down at him and lift my hand and pet his head. “I think you're a good match for my son. Now get some sleep we got a long day ahead of us tomorrow.” I told him as I closed my eyes.

I woke the next morning with movement under my arms. I open one eye and see Bella looking up at me.

“Morning beautiful!” I told her as I open both eyes to look at her. “I see we got a guest.” She told me. “Yeah he showed up last night and said more or less he missed his mom.” Bella buried her face into my chest.

“Baby look at me please.” She lifts her head and looks up at me. “What's so hard to believe he think of you as his mom. He doesn't have any parents. So what he’s a dragon. I be proud to have him as a son. Even though he’s not human does not make a different. He needs parents Bella and he chose us and that's an honor in my book.” I told her.

A smile came across her face. Then it look like she was deep in thought. “Bella I can not read your mind will you please tell me what you're deep in thought about?” She sits up and takes off her rings and looks at them.

Them takes my hand into hers and puts the rings in her hands and closes my my hand.

“This time I want you to ask me properly as me being the princess that I am and all my walls are finally broke down. Those wedding rings do not go back on our hands because we will have new dragon wedding bands. But don't ask me until this mission is over.” She told me.

We finally get up and toothless gets up on my shoulder and we walk back to the others.

       Bpov

Once we got back to the others I kept noticing my finger felt bare without the rings.

“We walk from here and our dragons have to fly and stay hidden.” Starry said I put Mason in his Basket. “Tarzan hide out of site with Mason until we call for you.” He nods his head and I bend down and kiss Mason on the forehead. “Go now!” I told him.

“Starry what about you and the darkness?” I asked. “As long as I am in my human form it can't touch me.” I nod and we start following Starry.

After a while the forest looked like it was dying. “I don't recognize anything. Is this what darkness does is kill and destroy?” I asked.

“Yes and if you don't do by his will he changes you and locks you up to kill you. I was so glad to escape with the queen but then when I went to find help the darkness changed me.” She told us.

We finally found the cave but it had magic around it. I placed my hand against it and images went through my head and I pulled my hand away.

“It’s a protection spell. But they were here.” Starry started to charge forward and I put my hand up and stopped her. “She's safe. No one seen her.” I put my hand back on the wall and closed my eyes.

“Let us walk through unharmed and then seal up behind us.” I opened my eyes and motion for everyone to walk through.

 I looked around and then walked through and then put my hand on hand on the cave  wall. “Let what's seen be unseen.” I said a spell to make the cave invisible.

“What did you just do Bells?” My dad asked. “I can answer that Charlie. Bella made the mouth of the cave invisible. She's the only shield I know that has the power to do that.” Edward explain.

“Correction Edward you have the power to if you tap into my powers.” I told him. “What she said.” Edward chuckles. I shake my head.

I put my hands together. “Light!” I arch my eyebrow when I heard Edward and felt him tap into my powers. I turn and look at him and he smirks and shrugs his shoulder at me.

“Toothless go on ahead and scout. Be careful and stay hidden.” I told him. “He says always safe mom.” I stop in my tracks when I heard Edward.

“How is it he talks to you but not to me and I am his princess.” I told Edward.

“That's just it Bella you chose to be his princess not his mother like he desperately needs. Open your heart like I always tell you. It would seem even though I broke the spell you keep a damn wall up baby. You can't see what's in front of you.” He told me.

I didn't know whether to run from this mission or stick with it. For now I stick with it and keep my mouth shut.

After a while toothless comes back and climbs up up on Edward's shoulder. “She's in the back of the cave. But won't come out until she see’s Starry.” I turned and looked at her.

“You're going to have to go into your fairy form. You should be safe.” We watched as she waved her hand above her head and turned into a fairy. Then she flew off.

All of sudden I started to see images. My eyes widen. “Bella are you alright?” Edward asked me. I looked up at him but I grabbed my head with both my hands. I needed to get out of here something not right.

 I took off running. “EDWARD GO AFTER HER. DON'T LET HER GO OUT THERE HERSELF!” My dad yelled.

 I stopped outside of the cave and took off back the way we came from.

 I was hit with images of Edward dying twice and I couldn't get it out of my head. I couldn't save him. “NOOOOO! NOT HIM I LOVE HIM!” I screamed out.

The images kept repeating itself.
