Chapter 13

Kian's POV

How am I gonna tell the guys? They're gonna hate me if I tell them that their kid ran away because of me. "Guys! Athena ran away!" I said acting clueless. "Why?! Where is she going?!" Ricky said angrily. "I don't know?" I lied. "Well are we gonna just sit around get in the car!" Jc said. So we did we looked everywhere and we couldn't find her. We went home hoping she would come home on her own.

Athena's POV

I knew exactly where I want to go. I got to the entrance of the orphanage. I asked Ms. Anne if I could visit Tanya, Lyric, Danny and Louis. She said yes and I went to their rooms. They were all hanging out in Louis's room. I knocked on the door and they screamed and dragged me in. "How are you here?! Did you get sent back?!" they showered me with questions. "I got in a fight with one of the boys and he said I should have never gotten adopted so I ran away to see you guys. Do you know what I should do?" I said desperately. "You should go back but ignore whoever said that." Danny said. "I guess I'll do that" I said. "But before you go wanna do what we do best?" Tanya said with an evil smile on her face. We all nodded evily. We blasted everything from Katy Perry to Lady Gaga. I finally said I had to go and that I would face time them. Then I went home. I climbed through my bedroom window and locked my bedroom door. I didn't want to see any of them right now, especially Kian. I changed into my pjs and lay in my bed.

Connor's POV

I heard a window close and a door lock. I was the only one upstairs so I knew exactly who it was. I went to Athena's room and knocked on her door. "Athena I know you're in there. Can I come in?" I said. I heard little feet come to the door and unlock it. I came in and sat on her bed. "Why did you run away?" I said hugging her. "Kian and I got in a fight and he told me that I should have never been adopted." she said with tears brimming in her bright yellow eyes. "One second I have to do something." I said. I was angry at Kian. First he makes Athena run away and then he lies about her running away. I went downstairs where he was and yelled, "How could you do that to a 12 year old?!" He looked shocked. "I was mad okay?" he said guiltily. "At least go apologize" I said. "Okay okay" he said.

Athena's POV

I locked the door again after Connor left. I heard yelling from downstairs. Then I heard a knock at the door. I knew it was Kian trying to apologize but I wasn't going to forgive him so easily. I unlocked the door and jumped back onto my bed. He came in and said, "Athena I'm really sorry about tonight. I didn't mean it I was mad and I guess I just didn't think. Do you forgive me?" he apologized. "No. I don't forgive so easily." I said firmly. "Fine, I'll make it up to you, I promise." he said and left.
