Chapter 1

The mysteries old women

It was a warm summer morning birds singing, and the sun shining. Taylor was in the garden walking and smelling the sweat fragrance of the flowers. When she heard an old women's voice, "come here,come here". The old women was holding a purple bottle with gold details on it. Taylor went to the old women "Yes do you need something"? She asked the old women. "I want to give this to you". Said the old woman. It's a perfume bottle and it's perfect for you, for you have the beauty, I've been looking for. Taylor smiled saying,"Thank you, but why me? But before the old lady could answer, one of the maids called out to Taylor. " Taylor, Taylor, you have a letter, it's from the King"! "Coming"! But when she looked back the old lady was gone.

When Taylor went inside she told her about the old woman. The maids said when she wasn't looking she probably took off in a flash. But something was strange about that old woman...

Taylor went to her room and opened up the letter. She was Invited to the ball tomorrow over at the kings castle. She was happy... but she didn't want to go. Because the kings son likes her but she doesn't, the king and her dad are trying to make Taylor like him but she just doesn't like him. She put the letter down and goes to her balcony, she was thinking to herself, "Why can't I like somebody I like, why am I being forced to like somebody I don't like"? She looked over at the garden and she saw the old woman again. She looked away really fast and then looked back and saw that she was gone. Was she a ghost and Taylor didn't even know it?
