Brooke meets a boy named Harry, who moved all the way from England for his senior year. Will brooke ever be able to find out why hes here? Was it for his own protection?

You'll have to read to find out...

(Hey everyone! I know that most fan fictions give Harry the bad-boy image, but I think Harry deserves to be given a character that shows his true self{but yes harry will have a few bad boy moments throughout;)}. Enjoy!

Chapter One

*FLASHBACK*

"What do you mean we are moving?!" I scream. My face heats up and i feel like a ticking time bomb that could explode any second.

"Honey, just trust us, you will love California. We have new jobs and we will make more money." My mother informs me.

Of course its about the money.

"I don't want to move! Its almost my senior year! I have friends here!"

This is too much for me to take in right now.

"I am sure you will make new friends." My father says calmly.

"But.. I.. I.." I stutter.

"It will be okay, Brooke. We will finally be able to buy you a car." My mother smiles, and I try not to cry.

"Any car you want! Do you want new shoes or clothes too? I'll get you what you want, hun." My father chimes in as if this will make me feel better.

Moneycant buy me happiness. I cant believe my parents are just telling me this now. This is ridiculous.

"The moving company will be coming in two days to get our furniture and boxes. Get your things together and start to pack them up. We are almost done with ours." My mother says.

"Fine." I snap.

"Oh Brooke stop complaining and pack your damn clothes." My brother Dylan yells.

"Shut up Dylan!" I yell across the living room.

I run upstairs to my room and slam the door for probably my last time. I run onto my bed and begin to cry. I don't want to leave New York. This is my home. California better be as nice as my parents say it is.

*END OF FLASHBACK*

I woke up in the morning in my same bed, but it felt different. I'm not home. I'm in California. I've been moved in for about a week now. My new room is much bigger than my last one, but it doesn't make me feel any better.

School starts today and i am not ready to face all the students judging me. Its bad enough to be the "new kid" at school, but its even worse that im a senior. Its not like i can start fresh next year if things dont go as planned this year. Today is the first day of my senior year and im nervous to find out what lies ahead.

(Please just bear with me and keep reading, trust me- it gets more interesting(: xxx )
