Every since I was rescued by the green arrow I have been obsessed with the starling city vigilante. I even started a fan club. I've signed up for a summer camp so I can capture the starling city vigilante. I've been waiting a whole month for that letter and I haven't told my mom so I am just going to surprise her and also because she thinks star city is dangerous, but I am just going to need to make sure she knows I'll get a scholarship... if I am one of the top students. Just as I start to eat breakfast out of the corner of my eye I spot the postman,so I jumped out of my seat and run outside and snatched up the mail out of the postman's hand just as he is about to place it inside the mail box. I cursory scan for the letter and tear it open.

I am pleased to inform you that you have been accepted to star city journalism academy.This program will start on June 10th which is a month from today so pack up and we are honored to have you here.
I decide to announce it as if it was nothing "Mom I got an acceptance letter for star city journalism summer program ". To my surprise my mother flinched and drops her morning coffee and thinks for a long moment and responds with"why didn't you tell me you signed up?"
"I thought I could surprise you and I knew you wouldn't let me go to star city "responds William.
"Well it's for a good reason that place is loaded with dangerous vigilantes because the police can't do there job"Mother added
"I know that it can be dangerous, but it comes with a scholarship for top students and It won't cost you a penny. It'll also give me a chance to meet high school students to prepare me for high school. I can get personal body guards and the school will pay for it. It's going to be a huge honor too we get to meet the mayor "I stated with pride.
"Ok let me think about it for a while and I'll let you know tomorrow"announced Mom
