It had been a month since the attack, Jay had left in the heat of the battle. He now lives in a human town, he has to hide his ears and tail because the humans are not very fond of wolves. Kivi Jas and the rest of the pack survived but most of them are injured. Jay sat down on the floor as the sun started to rise he thought back to that day. Kivi was lying on the ground a single stab wound to the heart, he could have helped her, but he was a coward he ran and never looked back. He felt a great deal of compunction, ever since he left Kivi he had regretted every day. Days went on and on with growing regret. He eventually decided to go back to the cave, unfortunately he had forgot to hide his ears and tail and right when he walked outside a human spotted him. A couple of humans chased after him, he ran into the woods as swiftly as possible, a human shot him in the leg but he was able to escape them eventually. He made it to the cave and as soon as he got there he saw Kivi running to him immediately after he passed out. He woke up in what seemed to be a rust metal cage, his vision and hearing was temporarily impaired. Kivi was standing next to him, a knife in hand she put it up to his neck. "K-kivi? W-what are you doing!?" Kivi replied as if she was simultaneously angry and disappointed. "You left me there to die a month ago and I would have if Jas didn't save me, your such a coward." "I-I'm sorry I-I just.." She then kicked him in the gut and left locking the cage behind her. Jay sat down on a rickety wooden chair Jas walked up to the cage, her eyes flamed with anger and dissapointment. "Jay, why did you leave Kivi there? She was heartbroken and eventually that sadness turned into hatred you betrayed the pack, you never leave a wolf behind." "I'm sorry I just." "You just what? ran away like the pathetic coward you are? I'm done here." "B-but I just" Kivi opened the cage and tied him up. "Kivi? What are you doing?" She ignored him and dragged him outside. She threw him outside, tied up so he would not be able to move and left him there to die ironically just like he did to her. He saw a tear roll down her eye as she walked away.
