Chapter 6

"So how was your date?" Bailey asked me when I came back in the room. I froze and leaned up against the door, smiling.

"It was a not date date, and it went....great." I mused, smiling.

"Did you kiss?" Bailey asked, sitting up on her bed. I walked into the room.

"No we didn't." Bailey gave me a weird look.

"Then how was the night good? Y'all didn't even make out!" I laughed as I fell on the bed.

"That's what made it good." I whispered.

I got off the bed and got out a pair of shorts and a tank top and went into the bathroom to change. As I shut the door and started to remove my dress and took off my bathing suit and started to put on my bra and undies when I heard the Kimmunicator go off.

My phone.

I let it be until I heard her voice. "Oh Marissa! It's your boooooooyfriend!" She sang.

I already knew that she was going to look at the message. I swung open the door and dove at my bed, and sure enough, she was going for my phone.

She screamed and jumped back to her bed as I landed on the bed in my underwear.

From Tay My Bae: Hiya love, I had a great night, even if I didn't get dinner OR dessert. I wanna see you though. Why don't you guys come over and cuddle with us? I miss you. And Cam won't stop crying over how much he misses Bailey. He might explode at any minute. Please come over babe.

"Cameron misses you. And they want us to come over." I informed Bailey. She looked at me frightened.

"Do you think that's too soon? I mean we just started dating today. I think we're moving a bit fast, do you?" I threw a pillow at her, effectively shutting her up.

To Tay My Bae: Hi baby, I also had a great night. I feel if you got dinner or dessert it would have ruined the night or the rest of the days. It just wouldn't work, and I don't want things to get screwed up. And I don't think we're gonna come over because Bailey feels it would be moving too fast in her and Cam's relationship. Sorry, love ya babe

"I told them no." I informed her as I went back into the bathroom and finished getting ready. Just before I was about to get in bed and go to sleep, my phone went off and the screen lite up with a text.

From Tay My Bae: Well then goodnight my love, we'll hang out tomorrow! Love youu! Don't think too much of me.

I smiled at the text and set it on my nightstand and let my eyes slide shut but didn't fall asleep because my phone rang again.

From Carter boo <3 : Have sweet dreams beautiful! You did amazing today and you have an amazing voice! I think we should hang out, just us, no one else? What do you think? Let me know, I love youu babe, goodnight.

I smiled at my screen and replied with a simple answer. I shut off my phone and let my self slip into a deep sleep.

I woke to knocking somewhere in the room and grumbled as I went to find the source of the noise. I found it to be the door that someone was knocking on. I turned to my left and saw that it was 10:07.

Shit.

We were gonna miss the guys at MAGCON!

I yelled for Bailey to wake up and quickly went to answer the door and saw Nash and Matt on the other side.
