JESSICA'S POV
Sophomore year. 10th grade. Varsity Field Hockey. Varsity Basketball. Varsity Soccer.
I had already finished Varsity field hockey. Today was the try outs for varsity basketball! Even though I was young for the team I made varsity my freshman year. Along with my best friends. Abby, Caitlyn, Lexi and Gracie. We had been best friends since kindergarten.
*FLASHBACK*
"HEY I WANTED THE RED CRAYON!" Little 6 year old me, Jessica Brown.
"WELL ITS MINE!" Screamed 6 year old blond green eyed short Alexis Scott. Lexi then pulled on my golden brown hair, making me scream.
"HEY! STOP FIGHTING!" Screamed 6 year old Abby Smith. She was the tallest of us all. Still is. We all have the same golden brown locks except Caitlyn. Hers is brown.
"YEAH STOP IT!" 6 year old Gracie Barnes yelled. She was the second smallest with blue eyes like Caitlyn and Abby. Lexi and I have green eyes.
"STOP!" Screamed the final one, 6 year old Caitlyn Jones. Height wise back then and now tallest to shortest is Abby, Me, Caitlyn, Gracie and Lexi.
About a half a hour later the young girls became best friends and stayed that way.
*END FLASHBACK*
So yeah, 11 years later still best friends. We had so many fun memories together from many things.
Sleepovers- Gracie throwing pillows and doing everyone's hair. Me doing everyone's makeup. Caitlyn making the snacks. Lexi doing everyone's nails. Finally Abby checking up on all the gossip and always starting truth or dare.
Mall- Gracie shopping at forever 21 with Lexi and I and getting our hair and nails done. Abby and Caitlyn getting makeup and hair and nails done. Plus a little shopping all together.
Basketball Practice- All of us working hard trying to beat each other and striving to be better.
Field Hockey Practice- Caitlyn working hard at all times. While Abby, Lexi, Gracie and I goofing off when coach isn't looking taking funny pictures and playing around. Of course getting Caitlyn mad.
Soccer Practice- All working hard and yet messing around a little here and there sometimes. Even when coach is or isn't looking. Our coach is pretty mellow during that season so it's good for all of us.
I walked down the hallway to my homeroom class. Something grabbed my waist tickling me. I yelped then turned around. It was my boyfriend Nick.
He gave me a quick hug and intertwined his hand with mine walking down the hall.
Abby's boyfriend is Mitch. Caitlyn's is Kaleb. Gracie's is Josh. Finally Lexi and Johnny are together.
So yeah we were called the popular kids. I felt bad being called that but all I did was be nice to people and they liked me for it. Nick and I scooted into our homeroom sitting on the side tables and holding hands still. Soon and Abby and Mitch walked in holding hands. They were in our homeroom too! I pulled out my phone and saw a message.
