Chapter 2

**Tj's POV**

Rydel and I walked to my house. We said hi to my dad then we went up to my room after about 45 minutes of talking rydel asked "Hey, Tj can I ask you somethin?" "Go for it" I said "Where's your mom?" she asked and I was on the verge of tears. "She well.... She died when I was about 10. She was shot." After I told rydel that she was about to cry when I said its okay then we started talking about her family. "Delly can I tell you something?" "Sure" she replied "Delly, I have a huge crush on Riker!!!" I said "OMG really?!??!!" she said excitedly. I nodded. then we talked about Riker till about 6 and she said she had to go. Later my dad and I were talking. "So I see you made some friends. What are their names?" he asked "Rydel, Ross, Rocky, Ryland, and Riker. They're all siblings Dad." I said "Well I'm glad you made some friends. We then talked about other stuff.

**Riker's POV**

"Hey Rydel where have you been" I asked her. "At Tj's house. She's really cool, you guys. Her room is awesome, Riker, I think you'd like her." Rydel said. "Delly, you know I'm dating Ashley." I said. Rydel rolled her eyes. I mean I like Tj, but I dont know. Later that night at about 1 in the morning I texted Tj.

*Phone conversation*

R: Hey Tj, are you up

T: Yep

R: I was wondering if u wanted to hang out with me tomorrow?

T: Sure but I gotta get some sleep Goodnight :)

R: Night :)

I can't wait till tomorrow I can't wait to see her and how gorgeous she looks... wait what am I saying.

**** The next Morning ****

**Tj's POV**

I did my same routine as yesterday but today I put on a black shirt that has a skull and cross bones on it and some black ripped jeans with white high top converse, and I walked to school. I didn't see riker by our lockers but when I went to look for him I seen him and Ashley making out by her locker. It killed me to see that then 10 minutes later Riker and I were talking when he got sick and had to go home early. After school I was walking through the hall when Ashley pushed me against some lockers, she had two other friend with her. She said "Stay away from Riker, emo." okay I admit I dress in black a lot but I'm not emo. "Or what. He's my friend and I don't think he'd like this." She then slapped me and said I was a sl*tt and she walked away.

***Two weeks later***

**Tj's POV**

I told Riker about my mom and all that. I didn't wanna tell him about Ashly and what she did so I kept mouth shut. But in the past two weeks Ashley has been worse to me. She calls me fat, ugly, emo, and a sl*tt.

One day I was walking over to Riker's house to see rydel but instead I seen him and Ashley making out on his front porch, and muttered the word sl*tt, and she said "what was that" she said "you heard me" I replied. After a few more harsh word she said "Maybe your mom just committed suicide because of you!" that comment hit me like a gun shot because I started pulling her hair and smacking her until Riker pulled me off of her and pinned me on the ground then Ashley said "Rikey, baby make that maniac leave". Before Riker could say anything I left.

**3 weeks later**

Riker broke up with Ashley and we were hanging out at my place and we started talking "Tj, truth or dare" he asked. "Ummm dare" I said nervously.

"Okay, dare you to-" before he could finish my dad bursts the through my door saying "Sorry young man it's getting late I think you should go" "But daddy it's only 5" "But Riker left my bedroom and went home.

**Riker's POV**

Well Tj's dad made me leave so I didn't get to dare Tj. The dare was not dirty I'd never make her do that I was gonna aske her if she wanted to play a prank on her brothers and dad. her brothers just got here, there in college. But maybe next time.
