Luna's POV-
Where am I? I asked myself silently. It was pitch black...
I couldn't see. Then, a bright light let me see what was before me.
In what looked like a ballroom, there was sky blue tiles attached to the floor. Lilac tinted windows on either side of the door on the other side of the invasive room. A pearly white arch shone on the roof in the middle of the ballroom. What is going on?
One by one, many people in fancy attire came through the chrome-purple door. Once they were all in, they bowed. I, for no apparent reason, did too. Without thinking, I spoke, my voice loud and bouncing off the walls of the castle.
"Hello, everyone. Please, sit down. Welcome to the annual godly feast!"
Everyone cheered. But the weird thing was...I didn't speak in my voice. Then, 3 people came up to what I barely realized was a throne.
A woman spoke in a sweet and melodious voice.
"Cora, thank you for letting us host it in the Aquatic Dimension Ballroom! Ugh, I feel really bad for overgrowing the roses in the Flora Dimension. I owe you."A man with blue hair chuckled and exclaimed, "Wow, Cherria! You have said 'I am so sorry!' about a million times!"
'I' smiled.
"Don't you worry! I wanted to host it here! Cherria, you have hosted more than 8 times. Annually! You deserve a break!"She nodded and grinned. "Let's go dance, Ross!"
The young man groaned. I giggled. My laughter quickly subsided as the door leading out of the ballroom slammed open. "WElL, I suPpoSE InVitAtioNs cAn geT LosT in tHe MaIL." A demonic voice
sang out. I couldn't see what he looked like.. it was like he was a shadow. At night. With you having sunglasses on. The room hushed. No one dared to make a sound. The shadow cackled evilly.
(Cant keep writing like that, so gonna do it normally.)
"Aww, is everyone scared of me? How sad. I just came to give you all a little gift~."
I shouted, "WE WANT NOTHING FROM YOU! GET OUT OF MY CASTLE!"
"YOU SHALL HAVE IT!
4 gods in this life they created.
4 girls who shall live to possess their destiny.
Gods who will grow to fade away and disappear.
Girls who can't think that life could get any worse.
The first day of spring, when all gods combine,
This will be the day the Gods of Existence pass their power to the girls, for their only purpose now is to train them to protect and defeat evil."Wut? I'm confused. Everyone gasped at his words.
Ross yelled, "What is this?! A prophecy?!"
The shadow only smiled.
