The virus

A warm hand picked me up off the ground there was fire and screaming everywhere a calm face looked at me "Run" the face screamed there was a crowd of people they were different they had black eyes and their flesh was brown they were deteriorating they slowly moved towards me and the stranger he screamed again "GET UP LETS GO THEIR COMING!!"i was unresponsive he picked me up over his shoulder and began to sprint away from the crowd of lifeless creatures a little boy was also running away was not fast enough I shrieked as the dead ripped him apart "NOOOO" I shouted the world became hazy and it went dark......I woke up with the strange kid looking down at me I became aware of my surroundings I panicked almost falling out of the tree that I have no idea how I got into the stranger quickly grabbed my arm and pulled me back up in the tree he gestured for me to be quite then pointed below us a crowd of the dead were passing by I shreiked and the dead heard me slowly turning their heads around the stranger put his hand over my mouth and forced me onto my back the dead soon left he let me up I brushed myself off "thank you" I whispered "my name is Damon" said the stranger "my name is Alysse and please can you tell me what is going on?"he explained the virus my heart stopped "MY PARENTS!!!" I screamed Damon tried to calm me down my talking to me in a soothing voice I screamed even more, my screams turned into wailing then to whimpering then to sleep .......... I woke up to Damon moving I did not question it I just sat there shocked from last night still shaking I replayed last night my parents are gone dead would kill me if they had the chance like I was a rat a tear dripped down my face " alysse it's gonna be ok " said Damon as he leaned in and gave me a hug that was very much needed in the cerium stance " the first thing we have to do is pack our supplies " said Damon " no wait where are we going I like my safe little tree"
