That is the last thing I hear before I am up for the next 5 hours

I have never understood why I am like this

Hyper until 3AM

I want sleep, but my brain says "No"

Toss and turn, get up, stretch, drink water, breathe, repeat

The same routine for 3 years

I have a new friend now...

Their name is "Melatonin"
