Splatters and Brushes
For splatters and brushes, the only two free apps i can think of is 'line brush' and 'picsart'.
'Picsart Studio' have brushes as nice as line brush too! The difficult part is on how to adjust it. just adjust the angle, size jitter, spacing, opacity, etc. slowly, take your tume adjusting.
'Repix' is a nice app too but some nice brusehes is paid. However, to get splatters and brushes, those apps are not the only way. Believe it or not, I use phonto to for splatters and brushes.
Basically, one fine day, i got my handphone changed and i needed to redownload my fonts again. Then while i was happily scrolling through fonts on dafont.com , i saw some fonts which are memes. i found it cute then i downloaded. However, as i continued scrolling, there were 'brush' and 'splatter' fonts.
It caught my eyes. Despite my disbelief, I downloaded them. I then unzipped the file and tried them on phonto. I tried them and they worked! (yea yea, ofcourse they worked) You should try them too. The brushes there are fabulous ~

as you see, to look for that font without a specifc name is hard, i will make it easier for you guys. basically go to dafont.com. Go to themes and select the 'shape' theme. its just there. look for it.
