•Lead Stallion/Mare•
Leader of the herd, is responsible for anything that may happen to the herd, seeks advice from her beta, must be loyal and organised and be trusted by the whole herd, must think of everything for the better of the herd and not individuals, always listens and is there for every member of the herd, always runs at the front of the herd to show the way.
•Beta Stallion/Mare•
Second in command to the leader, gives advice and suggestions, always runs at the back of the herd to ensure none left behind, area checks before settling down, must stay profession - no flirting with leader {can be generous and hinting but no flirting unless she flirts back}.
•Lookout•
Whenever herd moves to a new area check around before declaring safe or unsafe, staying up front and at back to keep watch, take turns to watch over the herd day and night, never let guard down.
•Protector•
First line of defence, if danger is sensed they must come forward to confront any threats, encircle the herd as they move, ensuring that all foals and yearling are safely hidden away from damage.
•Stallion•
The male horses of the herd, no specific rank, to serve and to protect, have a normal life with a mate and foals, are only asked to do what is asked of them, not much responsibility.
•Mare•
The female horses of the herd, no specific rank, to serve and to protect, have a normal life with a mate and foals, are only asked to do what is asked of them, not much responsibility.
•Foal-Sitter•
A younger adult horse, any gender, keep with the foals and play with them, not let any harm come to the foals, keeping the foals safe and happy.
•Foal•
Baby horses, any gender, ages younger than 18 months {1.5 years}, stay with foal-sitters when parents are resting, try not to get into trouble, follow instructions for their own safety, must follow what their foal-sitter asks of them.
•Yearling•
Young horses, any gender, ages between 1.5 and 2.5 years, not allowed to mate until they're older, learn their special skill and develop it, train for their specified rank.
•Lone•
Horse without a herd, dark lone horses join Razor Wing's herd, trustworthy line horses join Indigo Flight's herd, roam the plains and meadows by themselves or sometimes with a family member or two, either show threat or weakness.
